摘要
近年來,光子晶體的特性逐漸受到矚目,這是因為光子的控制有了開端,以光子取代電子成為未來努力的目標,有許多先進原件是被預期的,例如:光子能隙光纖、積體光路、低耗能雷射…等,光子晶體可以說是一項具有革命性的科技,而這些基礎又在於光子晶體的製造,要製備光子晶體結構卻具有許多艱難,主要是因為這些結構尺寸在數百奈米左右,這樣小的尺度下要隨心所欲的建構各種構造實在是相當困難。
我們以化學合成的方式合成粒徑308nm的SiO2粒子,將粒子分散在溶劑中,再用過濾的方式移去溶劑,試圖改進傳統以溶劑揮發方式的耗時缺點,過濾較揮發快的同時,粒子卻排列得較差,因此我們就引入空氣式超音波來改善粒子的排列。
