本研究旨在調查臺灣國民小學教師網路使用動機、使用行為與網路成癮的現況，探討各變項之間的差異、相關及預測效果。本研究採用問卷調查法，以全國各縣市之國民小學授課教師682人為研究對象，研究工具包括「網路使用動機量表」、「網路使用行為量表」，以及「網路成癮量表」。根據問卷所得資料以敘述統計、卡方考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關，以及逐步迴歸等統計方法進行分析，研究結果如下：
一、臺灣國民小學教師之性別、年齡、學校性質不同，在網路使用動機上有顯著差異。
二、臺灣國民小學教師之性別、年齡、居住地區、擔任職務不同，在網路使用行為上有顯著差異。
三、臺灣國民小學教師之性別、年齡、擔任職務不同，在網路成癮上有顯著差異。
四、臺灣國民小學教師網路使用動機與網路使用行為有顯著差異。
五、臺灣國民小學教師網路使用行為與網路成癮有顯著差異。
六、臺灣國民小學教師網路使用動機與網路成癮有顯著相關。
七、臺灣國民小學教師網路使用動機與使用行為對網路成癮有顯著預測力。
最後，根據研究結果，本研究提出具體建議，以供實務工作者、相關單位及後續研究者做為參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation of motivation, behavior of internet use, and internet addiction of elementary school teachers in Taiwan and to explore the difference between each variable, correlation, and predictable effect. In the study, questionnaire survey method is used and 682 teachers from elementary schools from various counties in Taiwan are surveyed. Research tools used in this study includes “Scale for Motivations of Internet Use”, “Scale for Behaviors of Internet Use”, and “Scale for Internet Addiction.” The data acquired through questionnaire are subject to analysis with statistic methods such as descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, and product-moment correlation, as well as stepwise regression. The research results are as follows:
1. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan with different genders, age, and school property are significantly different in motivations of internet usage.
2. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan with different genders, age, and posts are significantly different in behaviors of internet use.
3. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan with different genders, age, and posts are significantly different in addiction to internet use.
4. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan are significantly different in motivations and behaviors of internet use.
5. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan are significantly different in behaviors of and addiction to internet use.
6. Elementary school teachers in Taiwan are significantly different in motivations of and addiction to internet use.
7. Motivations and behaviors of internet use of elementary school teachers in Taiwan have significant predictable ability to internet use.
Finally, this study proposes suggestions based on the findings for reference of practitioners, related departments, and future researchers.
