本研究旨在建置一套符合國小實習教師需求的「遠距實習輔導網站」。本系統之建置使用系統研究法，先由文獻發展出網站功能需求問卷，根據問卷結果建置網站，最後調查實習教師對本網站各項功能之「功效性」、「支援成效性」評估結果以及未來實際運用時「可行性」與「使用意願」的評估結果，並邀請實習教師進行訪談。
本研究結論如下：
一、網站各項功能分為六大主題區：包含「實習社群專區」、「視訊會議室」、「公共討論區」、「班級心靈雞湯」、「網站資源連結」、「系統管理區」。其中「實習社群專區」之下設有社群最新公告、社群討論區、實習資料編輯、實習札記編輯、社群成員札記分享、檔案資源區、好站分享、討論精華區、視訊會議預約。
二、實習教師對遠距實習輔導網站所發揮之功效性持肯定態度。
三、公共討論區比實習社群討論區有較高支援成效。
四、實習教師對遠距實習輔導網站「需求分析」、「功效性評估」、「使用意願」、「可行性評估」問卷結果排序相同：資源提供＞討論區互動＞實札記分享與回饋＞視訊輔導。
五、影響網路輔導實施之限制因素：
1.網路輔導時機之過晚，未能及時支援實習困擾。
2.實習教師心態：對於遠距實習輔導網站的觀感－「負擔」或「支持」？許多實習教師的心態傾向「網站貢獻資源」和「他人付出」。
3.討論區成員性質：對成員「信任」關係、成員擁有「專門知識程度」。
4.推動網路實習輔導的「靈魂人物－實習指導教師」的影響力。
5.視訊輔導未受看好因素－「嚐試視訊輔導的心理態度」、「視訊設備的添購」、「視訊輔導方式」、「欠缺高效能的視訊設備與環境」。
6.網站功能可再改良之處。

Ｔhe purpose of this study was to set up a computerized distant guidance website for guiding the elementary pre-service teachers. The research adopts systematic approach. Firstly, the researcher developed the user-need questionnaire with an extensive review of the literature. Secondly, the researcher developed a website server to fit the needs. At last, the researcher also evaluated the website by surveying and interviewing the users of the website.
The conclusions of this study are as the following:
1.The distant guidance website has six subjects that include “the pre-service community”, “the videoconference room”, “the public forum”, “the class forum”, “the hot web links”, and“the system management sector”. The “pre-service community” especially offers the latest news, pre-service community forum, on-line intern dairy, intern diary sharing, file sharing archives, videoconference appointment…etc.
2.The user evaluation survey shows that the elementary pre-service teachers agreed the functional effects of the distant guidance website.
3.The supporting effects of the public forum are more than that of the pre-service community forum.
4.The user evaluation survey includes “functional effects”, “support effects”, “feasibility”, and “desire of use” , and the four evaluations above have the same result: information supply> forum discussion>intern diary share and reply> videoconference guidance.
5.The factors which influence the distant guidance website to pre-service teachers are as the following:
(1)The network assistance was not put into the practice in time, which cannot support the requests from the pre-service immediately.
(2)The attitudes, burden or support, of pre-service teachers about the distance guidance website – Many pre-service teachers were prone to the contribution of the website and the efforts from the others.
(3)The characters of forum members – the trust among the members and the professionalism of the members.
(4)The prowess the leader (i.e. the superviosr) is innate promoting the network pre-service guidance.
(5)The limitation of videoconference: the attitudes of pre-service teachers, the acquisitions of videoconference facilities, the approach to use videoconference, and the inefficiency of the equipments and environment for video conference.
(6)The improvements which can be applied to the website.
