本研究旨在了解竹市家長親職壓力現況及其與背景變項之關係。本研究主要採文獻分析、問卷調查、統計考驗等方法,進行研究討論與分析。
本研究工具採自編之「新竹市國民中小學家長親職壓力調查問卷」,研究對象以新竹市市立國民中小學家長為主,問卷寄發1200份,回收961份,回收率80.03%,有效問卷935份,以spss 12.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行分析,歸納研究結論如下:
一、新竹市國民中小學家長親職壓力可分為教養壓力、親子互動壓力、生活適應壓力及婚姻狀況4個構面。
二、新竹市國民中小學家長之教養壓力現況,以「父母感受外在環境因素」及「父母內在憂心因素」為壓力來源。
三、新竹市國民中小學家長之親子互動壓力現況,以孩童未能符合父母角色期待為主要壓力來源。
四、新竹市國民中小學家長之生活適應壓力現況,以未能掌控原有生活及情緒為壓力來源。
五、新竹市國民中小學家長滿意目前婚姻生活。
六、整體而言,新竹市國民中小學家長未感受過重之親職壓力。
七、家長角色、教育程度及家庭型態對於親職壓力有顯著影響力。
八、家長個人背景變項能聯合預測親職壓力。
根據上述結論,提出以下建議:
一、教育行政機關
(一)整合教育、醫療等親職系統,建構完整家庭支援網絡。
(二)營造良好社會風氣,建立正向價值觀。
(三)編列年度預算,系統規劃家長親職教育研習課程。
(四)重視婚姻教育。
二、國民中小學
(一)建立友善校園環境。
(二)重視並配合教育主管機關辦理親職活動。
三、父母
(一)鼓勵父親參與各項親職活動
(二)夫妻雙方互相支持鼓勵,做對方永遠的後盾。
(三)試著放慢腳步或從另一個角度與孩子相處。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between present parenting stress in elementary and junior high schools, and its background variables. The literature search, questionnaires and compiling statistics were used to investigate and discuss in this thesis. A major object of the study for questionnaires is the parents who have children in the elementary school or junior high school. 1200 questionnaires were sent and 961 ones returned which meant return rate of 80.03 %. However, there were totally 935 valid questionnaires. SPSS (spss 12.0 for Windows) was employed to simulate and analyze these valid documents.
The major analyses of study are as follows:
1. The stress can be built up from parental stress, parent-child interaction stress, life adjustment stress and martial status.
2. According to their parental stress, the sources are from what the parents feel internally and externally.
3. The pressure sources on parent-child interaction come from that their children don’t meet the parental role expectations.
4. The life-adjustment stress is from the failure of the control of the original life and emotion.
5. Hsinchu City elementary and junior high parents satisfied with their current marriage.
6. Overall, Hsinchu City elementary and junior high parents have not felt the over parental stress.
7. Parental roles, educational attainment and family structure for parental stress have significantly influence.
8. Parental stress can be predicted from parents’ background variables.
Based on the above analyses, the recommendations are as follows:
1. For government administrations
A. Integration of education, health care and other pro-level systems, to establish a comprehensive family network.
B. Create a good society, build positive values.
C. Propose annual budget and systematically plan parenting education course.
D. Pay much attention on marriage education.
2. Junior high and elementary school
A. The establishment of a friendly campus environment.
B. respect and cooperate with education authorities to handle parenting activities.
3. Parents
A. Encourage fathers to participate in parenting activities.
B. Encourage both spouses to support each other.
C. Try to slow down or watch from another view of point when you get along with children.
