多環芳香烴化合物(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)為一普遍存在環境中之污染物,部分PAHs化合物及其衍生物已被證實有致癌性及致突變性。人體可能經由不同管道暴露於此類化合物之中,例如經由呼吸或食物攝入體中。本研究針對新竹市及桃園縣大氣總懸浮微粒中所含PAHs化合物為研究目標,希望能藉著化合物隨著時間及地點不同的分佈差異,提供暴露風險評估的數據。
本研究之採樣方法為高量採樣法,在新竹市設立三個測站、桃園縣七個測站,來取得大氣中總懸浮微粒樣品,搭配超音波萃取,以高效能液相層析儀/螢光偵檢器,針對美國環保署公告優先列管之十六種PAHs化合物,作定性及定量之分析。
經由所得數據發現,桃園縣平均總懸浮微粒濃度為84.3μg/m3,新竹市為74.1μg/m3。在懸浮微粒中可以偵測到的PAHs化合物共有十五種,主要以四個環數以上的化合物存在,其中又以Dibenz[a,h]Anthracene (DBA)、Benzo[g,h,i]perylene (BghiP)、Benz[a]anthracene (BaA)、Benzo[b]fluoranthene(BbFL)、Indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene (IP)及Fluoranthene (FL)的濃度較高,又桃園縣平均總PAHs化合物濃度比新竹市高。冬季PAHs化合物濃度較夏季為高,新竹市其冬/夏之比值落在2.33至3.59之間,桃園縣則是落在2.13至4.76之間。由特徵比值及因素分析判斷,主要PAHs化合物的來源為移動污染源,其中新竹市以汽油引擎貢獻較大,桃園縣則為柴油引擎,其他次要的來源為固定污染源。
