Fisheries sector is one of Indonesia's leading commodities, therefore it can be managed properly in order to increase economic benefits for the fisheries business community. One effective way to increase value is by implementation Warehouse Receipt System (WRS). WRS is a system that can be used as a trade financing instrument with commodity collateral stored in warehouse and as an instrument for delay selling/stock management to mitigate risks from price fluctuations. This study is focused on identification problems and analysis of possible solutions in the implementation of WRS for fisheries commodity. This research method is to analyze supporting factors and readiness of all stakeholders in the implementation WRS for fisheries commodity. The results show that there are two recommendations that can be made, such as: Increasing fishermen's awareness of the benefits of WRS by conducting technical dissemination, seminar and counseling of WRS; and Strengthen coordination and synergy between WRS stakeholders.
