個人化產品為現今消費趨勢,與顏面相關產品的設計,需考量個別臉部幾何與尺寸的差異。本研究使用非接觸式量測技術,取得大量國內年輕女性顏面三維資料,透過修補、移除雜訊與裁剪邊緣等後處理,產生對應的三維網格。接著進行特徵點選擇與標記,透過交叉參數化方法,得到點數與連接方式相同的模型,再根據網格失真評估結果,進行局部調整改善其品質。此外使用主成份分析法降低資料維度,選擇適當臉部尺寸作為參數,以線性廻歸與Kriging方法建構顏面參數化模型,透過十折交叉驗證分析比較兩者的誤差,並探討資料分群對於參數化模型的影響。於實際應用方面,透過材質貼圖的擬真效果,顯示產生的參數化模型,可做為高互動性的個人化設計依據。基於本研究結果,可提供顏面相關產品新穎之設計模式,實現大量個人化的概念。
