本研究採用新竹縣政府辦理「110年度新竹縣老人生活狀況與福利需求調查」資料，以「是否滿意新竹縣政府所提供的老人福利項目」為應變數，以新竹縣13鄉鎮市為解釋變數，探討所在地區是否會影響老人福利政策滿意度；並進一步整理新竹縣內居家服務、餐飲服務等老人福利資源，作為地域特性影響滿意度的因素。
研究結果顯示，新竹縣湖口鄉、寶山鄉、芎林鄉三個鄉鎮市確實因地域因素，而對於影響施政滿意度有顯著負面影響；進一步探究各該地區的福利資源發現，該地區提升滿意度的關鍵可能在於當地「餐飲服務」的提供程度，「餐飲服務」的提供越多，將可望越提升滿意度。

This study uses the data from the " Survey on the Living Conditions and Welfare Demands of the Elderly in Hsinchu County(2021)" conducted by the Hsinchu County Government, and takes "whether satisfied with the welfare programs for the elderly provided by the Hsinchu County Government" as dependent variables, and all 13 townships in Hsinchu County as explanatory variables. To explore whether the location will affect the satisfaction of the elderly welfare policy, and further sort out the elderly welfare resources such as home service and catering service in Hsinchu County, as the factors affecting the satisfaction of regional characteristics.
The research results show that the three townships of Hukou, Baoshan, and Xionglin in Hsinchu County do have a significant negative impact on the satisfaction of governance due to geographical factors. The key to the degree may lie in the provision of local "catering services". The more "catering services" are provided, the more satisfaction is expected to increase.
