在本篇論文中,我們提出一種溫度無感的光纖光柵振動感測器。我們是使用一對反射式布拉格光纖光柵,其中一根布拉格光纖光柵黏至振動平台感測元件部份,當振動平台發生上下振動時,其光纖光柵便會產生應變,其反射式布拉格光纖光柵中心波長便會改變,而重疊頻譜之能量便會發生之變化,利用此方法去量測振動之頻率。
傳統振動感測器在架構與系統方面,需要解調器部分,而在架構上也使用容易受到外界干擾之干涉儀,所以在使用上就容易受到限制。
在實驗方面,我們使使用簡單的機械架構,和元件去製造出感測元件,所以其在成本上在大大降低。
溫度無感我們是使用兩條布拉格光纖光柵非常接近時,其布拉格光纖光柵周圍之溫度變化,幾乎是不產生變化,所以我們利用此點而來達到溫度無感之效果。
