  • 本研究目的在探討8週半圓平衡球 (Both Side Up, BOSU) 訓練對國小籃球選手平衡與跳躍能力的影響。研究徵召20位國小籃球選手作為受試者,徵求受試者同意後依身高配對均分為BOSU訓練組(10位)與控制組(10位),兩組均維持每週4次,每次約40分鐘的例行性籃球訓練,而訓練組需在籃球訓練期間外增加連續8週,每週3次,每次40分鐘的BOSU訓練,所有受試者在訓練前後皆接受跳躍表現(下蹲跳、蹲距跳)、動態平衡(等級3、等級6)與靜態平衡(腳壓中心偏移半徑、速度與面積)的測試。所得結果以混合設計二因子變異數考驗分析兩組間訓練前後各變項與變化量之差異,顯著水準訂為p﹤.05。本研究結果顯示8週BOSU訓練在下蹲跳(F=12.90, p<.05)與蹲距跳(F=10.35, p<.05)的跳躍高度;等級3在整體、後方、左前與左後 (F=512.67, 11.38, 10.46, 12.40, p<.05)與等級6在整體、前方、後方與左後 (F=10.79, 13.10, 14.91, 13.65,p<.05) 等穩定限度;COP 偏移半徑的非慣用腳閉眼(F=5.79, p<.05);COP 偏移速度的雙腳開眼、慣用腳開眼、慣用腳閉眼、非慣用腳開眼(F=11.61, 21.49, 19.20, 25.46, p<.05);COP 偏移面積的非慣用腳開眼、非慣用腳閉眼(F=14.83, 16.95, p<.05)可達顯著。本研究結果發現額外的BOSU能有效提昇跳躍能力、動態平衡與靜態平衡等運動表現,未來後續研究可參考本研究之訓練模式,來做為本體感覺或神經肌肉訓練之部分與針對幼童進行個別化的BOSU設計。


    Purpose: To evaluate the effects of 8-week BOSU training on jump performance, dynamic balance and static balance in elementary basketball players. Methods:Twenty elementary school basketball players equally grouped by height as BOSU group and control group. All players underwent an regular basketball training 4 times per week for 8 weeks, and BOSU group received extra BOSU training third times per week, each for 40 minutes during this period. The sports performance was evaluated by height of countermovement jump (CMJHt), and squat jump (SJHt). The dynamic balance was evaluated by the 8-direction limits of stability (LOS) test. The static balance was evaluated by the measurement of COP displacement on a force platform as the COP radius, speed and sway area during each testing position. Mixed-designed two-way ANOVA was used to compare the difference and the change percentage between groups before and after training for each parameter. Results: The results showed that 8 weeks BOSU training can significant improved the jump height in CMJ (F=12.90, p<.05) and SJ (F=10.35, p<.05), and improved the LOS performance level 3 overall, back, left-front and left-back directions (F=512.67, 11.38, 10.46, 12.40, p<.05), and level6 overall, front, back and left-back directions (F=10.79, 13.10, 14.91, 13.65, p<.05). It also significant improved COP radius in weak foot eye closed. COP velocity in double leg eye open, preferred leg eye open,preferred leg eye close and weak leg eye close (F=11.61, 21.49, 19.20, 25.46, p<.05), and COP sway area in weak leg eye open and weak leg eye close(F=14.83, 16.95, p<.05). Conclusions: BOSU group showed significant improvements not only in the performance of CMJ and SJ, but also improved the performance of LOS after training. 8 weeks BOSU can improve the jump performance, dynamic balance, static balance in elementary school basketball players, therefore, is strongly recommend undergoing BOSU training in proprioception,
    neuromuscular training program and individual design purpose for children.
