    University Social Responsibility are sustainable efforts that are ought to concern their goals in social welfare and the environment. Their responsibility is highly bounded to their tacit knowledge imparted and researched by all stakeholders within the university and the role it will play in societal development. Universities have distinctive models that aim to contribute to society one way or the other, ultimately creating a sustainable societal impact. As other institutions carry similar missions with different models such as non-governmental organization and social entrepreneurs, their efforts share a common goal of social welfare and carry distinctive and innovative expertize, such as stakeholder relationship management, that tackles important challenges for all entities that intend to contribute to sustainable social welfare. This study introduces and utilizes service-dominant logic’s scope and a university impact framework to analyze university social responsibility’s social impact, defines innovation centers within academic settings and the methodology called stakeholder relationship management utilized, by the center from the case study, to surpass significant challenges on such settings that ultimately contributes to social impact. The findings reveal how a rural innovation center within National Tsing Hua University contributes to a mature social impact and how it diagnoses and accounts for its stakeholders to achieve that mature impact.
