  • 國內交通狀況屬於汽車和機車混合的型式,算是非常複雜的狀態,國人在如此複雜的狀況下行駛交通工具,自身對於風險知覺的看法應該也會有所差異;不同年齡層的駕駛涉入交通事故的情形也有所不同,性別上的差異也可能是影響的因素之一,這些都可能是影響他們認知風險知覺的因素,在此同時也引發本研究對此面向的興趣。
    本研究的第ㄧ個目的,在建立一個有關駕駛風險反應的歷程,根據此歷程的建立來了解風險知覺在此歷程中的角色;第二,另外根據不同性別與年齡層的區別,來探討這些因子對於風險知覺的影響;最後,在研究過程中也使用客觀與主觀的方法來量測風險知覺,從這兩種結果來進行比對,提供給後續研究的應用。
    研究方法採用兩種方式來進行,一種為根據實際道路交通的情境影片,讓受試者找出危害事件,以此作為風險知覺的判斷依據;另一種為設計問卷的方式,讓受試者填寫跟風險知覺有關的問題,並從利克特七點量表當中去選取適當的選項。研究結果顯示,性別在兩種實驗方式,都沒有呈現顯著差異,但是對於風險接受度上,男性相對於女性的駕駛行為,較具有冒險的傾向。以年齡來說,年紀稍大的族群呈現較好的風險知覺,而且此族群兩種實驗方式都呈現一致的結果。
    根據研究的結果可以應用在各個領域上,如其他飛航、海運或一些具危險性的場所,在這些領域的人員都應具備關於風險知覺方面的認知,以期達到更安全的生活與工作環境。
