於第一章中,我們以氯雷他定為模板合成出帶有第三丁基亞磺醯胺手性中心的新型催化劑,也改變 8 號位的氯取代基成推電子基團二乙基胺,成為另一種具 DMAP 性質的手性催化劑。
於第二章中,我們以此兩種催化劑應用於 Steglich 重排反應,但結果不如預期,並沒有得到重排產物。
於第三章中,我們以具 DMAP 性質的手性催化劑當作配體使用並與鈀形成新型錯合物,在氬氣與 50 °C下以無水甲苯為溶劑,丙二酸二甲酯為親核試劑應用於 Tsuji Trost 不對稱烯丙位烷化反應,成功得到 R 組態產物,在各類受質測試結果中,產率介於 68 %–93%,最高達 93%,鏡像選擇性介於 26%–42%,最高可達 42%。
In chapter 1, we synthesized a novel catalyst with chiral sulfinamide based on a template for Loratadine. We also introduced diethylamine group at the Carbon 8 to become the other chiral catalyst with DMAP property.
In chapter 2, we applied these chiral catalyst to Steglich Rearrangement. But the result was not as expected, the rearrangement product was not formed.
In chapter 3, we combine DMAP chiral catalyst with palladium (II) to form a new type of complexes which were used as catalyst in the Trost asymmetric allylic alkylation (AAA) with nucleophile Dimethyl malonate in toluene under argon at 50 °C. We got the R-form product successfully. In the results of different substrates, the yields are between 68% to 93%, and the best yield is up to 93%. The enantiomeric excesses are between 26% to 42%, and the best is 42 %.
