本研究將最複雜股票投資的事，用簡單原則來檢視，以創新六策中「簡則創新策略」為方，依其界定法則（Boundary Rule）、優先法則 （Priority Rule）、時限法則（Timing Rule）、退場法則 （Exit Rule）及執行法則 （How to Rule）等方式，訂出簡則投資模型。
以投資鴻海、仁寶、英業達、廣達、緯創及和碩公司（以下簡稱電子六哥）為例，定義長期股票投資報酬之意義 （RoIC，the rate of Return on Invested Capital），並觀察企業經營績效與盈餘分配關係、內部人持股變化、外資持股變化與長期股票投資報酬之關連性，除推演出「簡單投資聰明獲利123」投資策略外，亦解決投資人對長期股票投資議題之困頓與迷思。

This paper a addresses the most complicated stock investment using a simple rule, a simple stock investment model based on the Boundary Rule, Priority Rule, Timing Rule, Exit Rule and How to Rule as a simple innovation strategy.
In this paper, we define the meaning of the long-term stock investment returns （RoIC or the rate of Return on Invested Capital） by analyzing and exploring the benefits of investing in several companies, including Foxconn, Compal, Inventec, Quanta, Wistron and Pegatron, for business performance, earnings distribution, shareholding ratio of management and shareholding ratio of foreign investment and return. In additional to deriving a rule of “simple investment and smart profit with steps 1, 2 and 3” for the long-term investor to follow and gain a stable profit, this paper offer a simple clear-thinking way for the long-term investors to avoid panic about their long-term investments during stock plunges.
