    本研究目的在探討十二週彼拉提斯墊上運動訓練對國小舞蹈班女性學童芭蕾表現、靜態平衡與健康體能之影響。36位國小舞蹈班高年級學童,以隨機取樣區分為實驗組(17位,身高148.15 5.80公分;體重38.02 6.00公斤)與控制組(19位,身高146.86 7.42公分;體重38.44 11.44公斤),實驗組須進行每週三次、每次40分鐘,連續十二週的規律彼拉提斯墊上運動訓練,而控制組則無進行任何之體能訓練。舞蹈表現是以三位資深舞蹈專家來評估學童芭蕾基本動作元素組合之表現;靜態平衡則是以測力板來量測學童於不同姿勢腳壓中心偏移半徑與面積的變化;健康體能則是以30秒與60秒仰臥起坐來加以評估。所得數據以單因子共變數分析兩組訓練後之差異,統計顯著水準皆定為p<.05。結果顯示:1. 實驗組訓練後芭蕾表現顯著優於控制組;2.實驗組訓練後雙腳開眼、右腳開眼之腳壓中心偏移半徑與面積顯著小於控制組;3. 實驗組訓練後之30秒與60秒仰臥起坐成績顯著優於控制組。本研究驗證十二週彼拉提斯墊上運動訓練,能夠加強國小舞蹈班學童之芭蕾表現、靜態平衡控制與腹肌肌肉適能。本研究結果除可驗證規律彼拉提斯墊上運動訓練對舞蹈班學童之效益,也可作為國小舞蹈教師擬定相關訓練計畫之參考。


    Abstract
    The aim of this study was to examine the effects of a 12-week Pilates training program on Ballet performance, static balance and physical fitness in young dances. Thirty-six female dancers form local elementary school volunteered and randomly assigned as experimental group (EG, 17 children, Height: 148.15 5.80 cm, Weight 38.02 6.00 kg) or control group (CG, 19 children, Height 146.86 7.42 cm, Weight 38.44 11.44 kg). The EG underwent a series of Pilates Mat-work training for twelve weeks, three times a week, and forty minutes each time. The GC did not receive any regular physical training during this period. The Ballet performance was evaluated by three dance experts in selected fundamental movements. The static balance was measured by force platform as mean radius and sway area in the center of pressure (COP). The abdominal strength was measured by 30 and 60 seconds sit-ups test. Data were collected and used ANCOVA to examine the differences between groups after training. The significant level for statistic was set at p<.05. The results showed that after 12-week Pilates training program the EG showed significantly: 1.) improved Ballet performance; 2.) decreased COP radius and sway area; 3.) increased times of 30 and 60 seconds sit-ups performance than CG. The study demonstrated that 12-week Pilates Mat-work training could improved the Ballet performance, static balance, and abdominal strength in young dances. This study not only support the positive effects of regular Pilates training in young dances, but also provide a practical program for elementary dance teachers to organize and design the training sessions.
