本研究旨在探討幼兒園園長於園所日常生活中面臨危機時之具體作法及其危機管理歷程之模式，研究過程中，研究者透過深入訪談、參與性觀察與文件蒐集，撰寫危機主題案例，作為研究者蒐集研究對象危機管理具體作法之依據，並針對其具體作法進行分析、彙整，並統整其危機管理模式。本次研究發現幼兒園園長危機管理之具體作法共計十二項，危機管理模式共計六組，其主要結論如下：
一、幼兒園園長於衛生保育事件中之危機管理模式包含預防階段，但執行之順序有所差異
二、幼兒園園長在危機解除後，較少進行檢討改善
三、幼兒園園長處理衛生保育危機前，會先針對危機進行評估
四、面臨危機時，幼兒園園長皆會進行危機管理之反應階段
五、危機管理模式包含預防、評估、反應、修正、檢討等階段
最後，依據本次研究結論對幼兒園園長提出以下建議：藉由團隊合作，增加危機管理中預防階段之可行性；透過多元方式，分散執行檢討階段之壓力；適當的評估，提高危機決策的品質；自行擬定幼兒園危機管理標準作業程序等四項建議，幫助幼兒園園長落實危機管理。對未來研究者提出建議為：增加研究期程中蒐集之事件件數；增加進入研究場域之前「建立信賴關係期」之時間；比較不同專業發展階段之園長，其危機管理具體作法之差異；瞭解幼兒園園長如何建立危機意識等四項建議，協助未來研究者進行幼兒園園長危機管理之相關研究。

This study is mainly to investigate the specific methods and pattern of process for crisis management. In this study, by interviewing participants, site inspection and collecting data, author listed several types of real crisis cases as the basis of simulated environment for participants and summarized the pattern of crisis management according to their response. In this study, author summarized that for crisis management, the amounts of specific methods were twelve and the amounts of patterns were six. In addition, author listed several conclusions as below.
1. Directors of preschools should conduct the shield stage in the process pattern of crisis management for the events of child caring, but the sequence of conduction would be different.
2. Directors of preshools seldom conduct the improvement stage after the crisis passing.
3. Before processing the events of child caring, directors of preshools should evaluate the crisis in the begining.
4. When dealing with crisis, directors of preshools would conduct the reaction stage in the process pattern of crisis management.
5. The process of crisis management includes shield, evaluation, reaction, adjustment and improvement.
Finally, according to the conclusions of this study, author listed several suggestions for directors of preschools as below. By team work, directors could increase the abilities of shield stages in crisis management. By various methods, directors could decrease the stress in improvement stage. By proper evaluation, directors could increase the qualities of decisions for crisis. By proposing standard procedure, directors could increase the robustness of processing. Through the suggestion above, directors could be practical to implement crisis management.

In addition, to potential researchers, authors listed several suggestions as follows to develop this study further: Increasing the trials in the study, increasing the reliable period before entering the fields, comparing the methods among distinct professional stages of directors and realizing how directors construct the conscious of crisis. The four points above could help potential researchers to develop relevant studies of crisis management for director of preschools.
