  • 光碟機產業乃為現今電腦周邊儲存媒體中相當熱門的產業之一,而本論文主題即在進行光碟機尋軌與主軸伺服控制晶片之設計。
    在本實驗中,利用美商Altera公司所生產之APEX20K複雜式可程式化邏輯晶片來模擬光碟機機台中原有之伺服晶片。並將短程尋軌、長程尋軌、主軸馬達等三項伺服系統以階層式模組建構於APEX20K中並配合DVD實驗平台加以驗證。

    本論文已達成取代其原有之跨軌伺服系統及主軸馬達伺服系統,在長程尋軌中並藉由二次元規劃之理論方法建構一合適之速度曲線以降低搜尋時間,而在等線速度模式下,主軸馬達轉速之變化亦配合自行設計之長跳軌功能進行整合測試完成,成功達成等線速度之主軸馬達伺服控制。


    In this thesis, a CPLD-based servo controller for a DVD-player is implemented and verified through experiments.
    Long-seek servo for moving pickup head at long distance, short-seek for precise positioning of the pickup head and spindle servo for rotating disks are implemented in a CPLD. In test bench, these three servo blocks are realized as CPLD modules for further experimental validity.

    In long-seek servo, response of 10,000 tracks jump is performed with a suitable electronic damper and velocity profile, while in short-seek servo, the precise positioning is performed and the prescribed velocity profile is followed. In spindle servo at CLV mode, data PLL and spindle PLL are performed in accordance with the long-seeking module. The variation of rotational speed is also presented for verification.
