本研究以數值方法進行應用於集中式高功率LED燈具在自然對流下之熱沉設計,此熱沉為底板部份穿孔之矩形散熱鰭片。本文詳細探討各尺寸參數對於散熱鰭片之效能改善。第一部分採單節距流固耦合計算方式,詳細分析各尺寸參數對熱沉性能之影響,並找出最符合經濟效益的尺寸組合。第二部分依流固耦合所得之局部熱對流係數作為固態熱傳的邊界條件進行模擬,結果發現單節距穿孔鰭片之流固耦合與固態熱傳計算所得之熱沉中心溫度相近。第三部分則進行四分之一熱沉流固耦合計算分析,其結果與第二部分所得之結果相近。
