談到台灣經濟奇蹟,中小型企業絕對是其中的一個議題,中小企業的林立讓台灣的產業型態多元化,也是因為中小企業的規模,讓台灣中小企業可以快速的反應市場,大幅提升台灣經濟基礎,同時也改變經濟結構,使得台灣在未來的經濟之路上走得更加的穩健。早期的產業屬於勞力密集,加上台灣的代工能力強,順利的搭上了這波的浪潮而成功的創造出台灣經濟奇蹟。
然而在時代的變遷下,雖然中小型企業的產業結構變化不大,但大型企業的崛起帶來了產業間的大規模變化,大型企業的垂直整合能力和充足的資金是中小型企業無法比較的。因為如此,政府注意到這樣的現象,開始對中小型企業大刀闊斧的協助及政策推動,對於台灣來說中小企業是成功的開始,也是最重要的資產之一。但在全球的經濟體系越來越不穩定的今天,走出另一個台灣奇蹟的經濟體系是否還是台灣的最初-中小企業?中小企業是否可以利用更多的外部資源使得企業成長?
本文主要在探討中小型企業的外部資源為何,透過分析「千才科技公司」的個案,把中小企業所使用到的外部資源主要分類為(1)社會網絡連結(2)群聚效應(異業結盟)(3)社會資源,進一步的去分析與探討這三樣外部資源對於一個新創的中小型企業所帶來的影響,最後提出對於政府和中小企業的建議,以期待本研究的結果可以運用到中小型企業的新創過程中來克服種種之不利。
When it talks about Taiwanese economic miracle, lots of SMEs is one of the successful key points. Due to many SMEs in Taiwan, it makes the kind of industry more diversified. Because of the size of SME, it could change their business models rapidly and easily so that enhances the economics of Taiwan, it also changes the economics structure of Taiwan. It is labor-intensive type for Taiwanese industry early, and also good at manufacture. In this way, Taiwan gets the chance and makes a big economic revolution it ever made.
Industry structure for SMEs have not change a lot over time, however, the enterprises made a huge difference. Usually, SMEs are lacked of capital, technology and vertical-integration. The government noticed the messages, starting the revolution and performing some policy immediately, because SMEs are not only the successful case but also one of the most important assets. However, economic in Taiwan is not blooming now, what is the next economic miracle for Taiwan? Is that still the SMEs? And how to get more external resources to help the start-up more successful?
In this thesis, it talks about what are useful external resources for SMEs, by analyzing the case of Liverage Company, it can conclude into three main parts to discuss: (1) Social network (2) The cluster effect (3) Government resources. Further to discuss how these external resources can affect a SME start-up? At last, making some suggestions for government and SMEs, wish by using the results to apply them to the real case nowadays to solve the liability of newness.
