本研究旨在探討男大學生初戀分手復原力之歷程，包括探討初戀分手對男大生的生活影響與改變，初戀分手後男大學生復原力內在運作歷程，復原力因子及關鍵事件。
本研究透過敍說訪談，收集兩位男大學生的初戀分手的生命故事，利用敍說分析方式整理文本資料，並參考文獻，期望透過其生命故事了解男大生面對初戀分手時的困境，及其所展現的復原力。
研究結果顯示，男大生面臨初戀被迫分手，面臨情緒、行為及認知上有所衝擊與轉變，兩位研究者透過被鼓勵訴說自己的初戀分手事件，確認自我的經驗，並結合內外在資源的協助，透過諮商中心、社團同儕的協助，最後能重建自我的價值，重新尋回自控感，從初戀分手失落中復原。
在研究建議上，分別對初戀分手者、實務工作者及未來研究三部分給予建議。

This research is to analyze male university students after broken first love to resilience process. The study is including after broken first love in male university student’s life influence and change. After broken first love the male university student resilience inherent in the operated process, resilience factor and key event.

This research use interview and narrate to collect two after broken first love male university student’s life story. Then used narrate content and review bibliography to order writing papers. The anticipation can from after broken first love in male university student’s story to found resilience.

Based on the findings and conclusions of this research, male university students were confronting compelled by broken first love. Them feeling, behavior and cognitive has change. Two researchers were told after broken first love story by encouraged. They were affirmative own experience and combine inside external resources help. The researchers received help by consultation center and association. Finally, they could rebuild own value and found own control feeling again.

The research proposes is divide broken first lover, practice worker and future study to give suggestion.
