  • 本研究針對台灣產蛭形目輪蟲的種類進行形態分類研究,自2004年至2005年之間,共718個樣本採自台灣本島的各種淡水水體和苔蘚,經過外部形態詳細的比對鑑定後,共發現2科5屬14種:(1)盤網輪蟲科(Adinetidae)有漫游盤網輪蟲Adineta vaga minor Bryce, 1893;(2)旋輪蟲科(Philodinidae)有尖刺間盤輪蟲Dissotrocha aculeata (Ehrenberg, 1832)、巨柱間盤輪蟲Dissotrocha macrostyla (Ehrenberg, 1838)、罕見巨管輪蟲Macrotrachela insolita de Koning, 1947、娜娜巨管輪蟲Macrotrachela nana(Bryce, 1912)、尖角旋輪蟲Philodina acuticornis odiosa Milne, 1916、紅眼旋輪蟲Philodina erythrophthalma Ehrenberg, 1832、巨環旋輪蟲Philodina megalotrocha Ehrenberg, 1832、快旋輪蟲Philodina rapida Milne, 1916、玫瑰旋輪蟲Philodina roseola Ehrenberg, 1832、橘色輪蟲Rotaria citrina Ehrenberg, 1838、長足輪蟲Rotaria neptunia (Ehrenberg, 1832)、轉輪蟲Rotaria rotatoria (Pallas, 1766)、懶輪蟲Rotaria tardigrada (Ehrenberg, 1832)。14種皆屬於廣佈種,均非台灣的特有種,其中7種為台灣的新記錄種。


    This study has been concentrated on morphological taxonomy of bdelloid rotifers in Taiwan from 2004 to 2005. There were 718 samples that collected from various freshwater habitats and mosses in Taiwan Island. After the detailed comparison of external morphology was made, 14 species of 5 genera in 2 families were identified. They are: (1)Family Adinetidae: Adineta vaga minor Bryce, 1893; (2)Family Philodinidae: Dissotrocha aculeata (Ehrenberg, 1832), Dissotrocha macrostyla (Ehrenberg, 1838), Macrotrachela insolita de Koning, 1947, Macrotrachela nana(Bryce, 1912), Philodina acuticornis odiosa Milne, 1916, Philodina erythrophthalma Ehrenberg, 1832, Philodina megalotrocha Ehrenberg, 1832, Philodina rapida Milne, 1916, Philodina roseola Ehrenberg, 1832, Rotaria citrina Ehrenberg, 1838, Rotaria neptunia (Ehrenberg, 1832), Rotaria rotatoria (Pallas, 1766), Rotaria tardigrada (Ehrenberg, 1832). All these are cosmopolitan and not endemic species of Taiwan. Among the 14 species, 7 species are new records to Taiwan.
