本研究主要是以理論分析探討射出壓縮成型的過程,以黏彈性理論來描述高分子的P-V-T行為,modified-Cross model 來描述高分子的流變性質,同時採用有限體積法,做三維數值計算,結合理論基礎和數值方法,建立一理論模擬程式,以預測射出壓縮製程中,熔膠在模穴內流動狀態及密度、溫度、壓力、速度的分布。探討密度變化與內部流場的流動互相影響, 發現在壓縮速度越大時,密度越大,但當壓縮速度太大時,反而因高分子來不及重排而不能達到最大密度,而當融膠溫度較低時,則所得之密度越高。
In this paper, a numerical algorithm is developed to simulate the injection compression molding process. By using viscoelastic theory as describing P-V-T behavior of polymer material, and by using modified cross model as describing rheological behavior of polymer material, we can build up a complete formulation. By employing finite volume method, the governing equations are solved. We calculate 3-D velocity field and pressure field and thermal field by iterative solver. Combining formulation and numerical method ,a simulation program is got to predict the distribution of pressure, temperature, density and velocity during the injection compression process.
Based on these simulation results, it was found suitable for the physical phenomena ,and it was found that the quality of product is well improved by this technology.
