  • 本篇論文旨在探討漢語失語症病人動詞與名詞詞彙選擇性缺失的雙向分離現象。過去研究印歐語言的報告指出Broca型失語症病人有動詞詞彙缺失,Wernicke型病人有名詞詞彙缺失,然而漢語的研究報告卻始終結果分歧,進而衍生出以詞類差異或語意差異來解釋漢語現象的爭議。故本研究欲重新深入探討此一議題。研究中包含三個實驗及一組看圖說故事的語料蒐集,目的在檢視下列兩個問題:
    1.雙向分離現象是否存在於詞彙層、次詞彙層或句子層上?
    2.詞類差異及語意差異對於此雙向分離現象的可能解釋性?
    實驗一的圖片命名測驗在探討詞彙層的雙向分離現象,實驗中操控了詞類、意象度(imageability)及詞頻等變因,結果發現相較於正常人而言,非流利型病人的動作命名有顯著困難,流利型病人則是物體命名有顯著困難。此外,雖然詞類與意象度兩個因子皆會影響病人的命名表現,但是彼此卻是獨立存在的,此結果與Berndt et al. (2002)的研究結果相符。
    實驗二的圖片命名測驗則在探討次詞彙層的雙向分離現象,實驗結果經詞素詞彙化分析發現,非流利型病人的名詞性詞素較動詞性詞素有使用上的優勢,而流利型病人則是動詞性詞素較名詞性詞素有使用上的優勢。
    實驗三,我們利用兼類詞設計句子完成測驗,結果發現非流利型病人在兼類詞做名詞使用時候的表現較做動詞使用的表現明顯來得好。而流利型病人則因為施測人數過少,整體表現太差,因此無法判斷實驗結果。不過在看圖說故事的部分則同樣顯示兩類病人在句子層次上也有動詞與名詞詞彙選擇性缺失的雙向分離現象。
    本研究的結果支持漢語失語症病人不論在詞彙層、次詞彙層或句子層上,都有動詞與名詞詞彙選擇性缺失的雙向分離現象,且支持以「詞彙假說」來解釋漢語的現象較「語意假說」更為合適。
