本研究之具體目的，為探討國小教師直笛團團員之一、學習動機及其動機取向；二、學習成效滿意度及其滿意度層面；三、學習動機、學習成效滿意度之差異情形；四、學習動機與學習成效滿意度之關係。
本研究主要採用筆者自編之「國小教師直笛團團員之學習動機、學習成效滿意度調查問卷」進行調查研究，調查內容包含「基本資料」、「學習動機量表」、「學習成效滿意度量表」等三部份。研究對象取樣以板橋、桃園、新竹等三個教師直笛團國小在職教師為主。計回收有效樣本38份，有效問卷回收率為90.48%。資料分析方面，則利用SPSS22統計軟體對回收問卷進行描述統計，並以Pearson積差相關、t考驗、單因子變異數及逐步多元廻歸方法進行分析。
本研究所得主要結論包括下列五點：
一、國小教師直笛團團員對學習動機取向認同度普遍為高，其中以「求知興趣」取向為最強。二、國小教師直笛團團員對於學習成效滿意度頗高，其中以「教師教學」為最高。三、國小教師直笛團團員之背景變項對參與學習動機無顯著差異。
四、國小教師直笛團團員之學習成效滿意度在性別、服務年資和職業職務的背景變項上呈現差異。五、國小教師直笛團團員之學習動機取向愈高則學習成效滿意度愈高。
根據上述研究結果，本論文提出以下建議，期能提供未來研究之參考。
一、國小教師直笛團的指導教師應採取多樣化的教學方式，以達成教學目標。二、能妥善規劃國小教師直笛團的進修時間與地點。三、國小教師直笛團應強化「社交關係」的動機，建立對學習的正確觀念。

This study aims to examine the correlation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction among elementary school teachers who are participating in recorder ensembles. There are 38 effective questionnaires collected out of three recorder ensemble groups in New Taipei City, Taoyuan City and Hsinchu City. The research data are analyzed by using SPSS 22 inferential statistics, frequent distribution, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s posterior comparisons, Pearson’s product -moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression.
And the findings are as follows: 1) participant’s learning motivation is strong on average, 2) participant’s learning satisfaction is relevantly strong, 3) participant’s learning motivation is no different due to background variants, 4) participant’s learning satisfation is different in the background variables of gender, length of service and professional position, and 5) the higher learning motivation the learners have, the higher satisfaction degree they perceive in their learning.
Finally, three suggestions are proposed in this study: 1) recorder ensemble bands’ instructors should apply more teaching methods to meet students’ learning satisfaction, 2) the arrangement of time and place for recorder ensemble bands should be more concerned, and 3) the factor of social relations should be emphasized to build recorder ensemble bands’ participants’ learning motivation.
