本文提供一套系統化方法,以設計用於剛體導引之六桿凸輪-連桿機構為主,並由瞬心的觀念及向量表示法,得到凸輪-連桿機構之凸輪輪廓。首先引用設計實例,合成並驗證凸輪-連桿機構可滿足無窮多精確點之剛體導引運動需求;接著以滿足四個精確點之四連桿機構尺寸為基礎,進而合成出改良後的六桿凸輪-連桿機構,在傳力角及凸輪運動特性上皆獲得改善。最後藉由創意設計法找尋出可滿足相同運動要求的新型機構,並對於其凸輪壓力角與機構傳力角部分進行分析與建議,提供選用此機構之參考資訊。
