本研究目的為探討12週規律射箭運動訓練對國小射箭選手心率變異性的影響, 8位台北縣信義國小男子射箭代表隊(實驗組,年齡11.4±1.0歲、身高154.1±8.4公分、體重44.5±8.8公斤)與13位台中巿大新國小一般男童(控制組,年齡11.3±0.5歲、身高149.8±10.0公分、體重47.9±10.1公斤)自願參與,實驗組需接受連續12週射箭運動訓練,而控制組則無接受任何規律的運動訓練。全體受試者分別於安靜休息時期及射箭運動時期量測心率變異性之時域及頻域參數,同時紀錄射箭運動時期之射箭成績。心率變異性之評估是以Polar S810i收集受試者心率間期(R-R Interval),再將所測得之RRI以心率變異分析軟體以快速傅利葉轉換(Fast Fourier Transfer, FET)進行頻譜分析。所得資料以以平均數標準誤表示,使用SPSS12.0中文版套裝統計軟體進行統計分析,以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析,來考驗12週規律射箭訓練對國小學童安靜休息時期心率變異性的效果;以重複量數t考驗,分析12週規律射箭訓練前後國小射箭選手射箭運動時期心率變異性及射箭成績的變化,統計顯著水準皆定為p<.05。結果顯示12週規律射箭訓練可:1. 顯著減弱國小射箭選手射箭運動時期LF能量及LF/TP比例,與顯著增強HF能量及HF/TP比例;2. 顯著增強國小射箭選手安靜休息時期站立姿勢之HF能量;3. 顯著增加國小射箭選手射箭成績。本研究之結論為:12週規律射箭訓練對國小射箭選手安靜休息時期及射箭運動時期之心臟自律神經系統,具有減弱交感神經活性,及增強副交感神活性的正面效益。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of the 12-week archery training on heart rate variability (HRV) in elementary archers. Eight archers from Xin-Yi elementary school, Taipei (experimental group, EG, age: 11.4 ± 1.0yrs; height: 154±8.4 cm; weight 44.5±8.8 kg) and 13 archers from Da-Shin elementary school, Taichung (control group, CG, age: 11.3 ± 0.5yrs; height: 149.8 ± 10.0cm; weight: 47.9 ± 10.1kg) were recruited as subjects. EG received regular archery training for 12 weeks, but the CG received none of any exercise training during this period. The portable wireless HR monitor was used to collect the R-R intervals during the resting and archery shooting periods. The RRI data were analyzed by software via fast Fourier transfer (FFT) into the time domain and frequency domain parameters of HRV. Data were expressed as meanstandard deviation. A mixed design one-way ANCOVA was used to analyze the effects of 12-week archery training on HRV between groups and periods. A repeated-measure t-test was used to analyze the differences before and after 12-week archery training on HRV and shooting performance. The statistic siginificant level was set at α= .05. The results showed that 12-week archery training could: 1) reduced the LF power and the ratio of LF/TP but increased the HF power and the ratio of HF/TP during archery shooting. 2) increased the HF power during the resting standing position. 3) improved the archery shooting performance in elementary archers. It was concluded that the 12-week archery training could attenuate the activity of sympathetic nervous system and eninforce the activity of parasympathetic nervous system of the autonomic nervous system.
