  •   1970~80 年代的美國正值經濟不景氣、失業率高居不下且面臨日本企業擴張布局全球化的步步進逼,美國學者及企業無不積極尋求重振美國企業長久發展、永續維持的經營之道。於此同時,麥肯錫 7S 架構模型因應而生,其中面項包含策略、結構、制度、風格、技能、人員及共同價值觀,自其被提出以來,廣泛受到美國乃至於世界各國之企業推崇及使用,用以了解其公司、企業、組織內部面臨內外部環境丕變是否具備調整、解決問題及突破之能力。而近年來,經營管理領域之研究廣泛被應用於企業以外之各領域,已然不限於企業之內,再者經營管理相關的概念在實際應用上,不難看出其成為其他領域尋求問題解決及突破時的一盞明燈。
     學校型態組織發展進程受文化、宗教、社會和技術等多種因素影響,自古代文明時期到中世紀的歐洲、文藝復興時期到近代學校制度、現代學校教育乃至於全球教育發展,隨著時間的推移,其中教學的內容、形式和目標不斷變 化,以適應瞬息萬變的社會需求與教育理念。在此一過程當中,學校組織文化及管理方式必然須具有彈性及韌性以因應其中的變革,而尋找一套能協助組織檢視其內部狀態之工具實屬必要。
      本研究旨在運用麥肯錫 7S 架構模型分析探討學校型態組織之文化、管理及面臨內外部挑戰的彈性與韌性,並以吾人任職之金門地區縣立金城國民中學作為個案研究對象,期許本研究結果、結論能為提高組織有效性和促進學校系統的積極變革提供實用建議,從而為金門地區教育管理領域乃至於臺灣其他偏鄉、離島地區之教育管理做出貢獻。


      The United States in the 1970s and 1980s was experiencing an economic downturn, high unemployment rates, and facing the increasing global expansion of Japanese corporations. American scholars and businesses actively sought ways to revive long-term and sustainable development for American enterprises. It was during this time that the McKinsey 7S framework emerged. The framework encompasses strategy, structure, systems, style, skills, staff, and shared values. Since its introduction, it has been widely praised and used by businesses in the United States and around the world to assess their internal capabilities to adapt, solve problems, and overcome changes in the internal and external environment. In recent years, research in the field of management has been widely applied beyond businesses and has become a guiding light in various fields when seeking problem-solving and breakthroughs.
      The development of school is influenced by various factors such as culture, religion, society, and technology. Teaching content, forms, and goals have continuously evolved to adapt to the rapidly changing social needs and educational philosophies from ancient civilizations till now. In this process, school organizational culture and management methods must possess flexibility and resilience to adapt to these changes. It is essential to find a tool that can help organizations examine their internal states.
     This thesis aims to use the McKinsey 7S framework to analyze and explore the flexibility and resilience of the culture, management, and internal and external challenges faced by school types organizations. The study focuses on Jincheng Junior High School, a public school in Kinmen County where the researcher is employed. The goal is to provide practical recommendations through the research findings and conclusions to enhance organizational effectiveness and promote positive changes in the school system. Ultimately, this study aims to contribute to the field of educational management in the Kinmen region and other remote areas and islands in Taiwan.
