中文摘要
本研究旨在探討一位性虐待受害兒童在遊戲治療中,其遊戲行為與媒材使用的歷程轉變。研究以參與觀察的方式,共觀察二十次之遊戲治療過程,最後根據觀察資料之結果進行分析,研究發現如下:
一、 性虐待受害兒童在遊戲治療中經歷以下過程:(1)嘗試探索環境與媒材;(2)試探遊戲時間架構,與治療師建立關係;(3)經驗害怕情緒,並尋求保護;發展照顧他人之撫慰行為;(4)在遊戲中發展控制與支配權,在治療師的鼓勵下學習獨立完成任務;(5)處理憤怒與害怕情緒;(6)結束治療關係。
二、 性虐待受害兒童在遊戲治療中最常出現「撫慰」的遊戲行為,「摸索」次之,接下來依序為:「攻擊」、「外出」、「重建控制」、「矛盾」、「重複」、「演出生活事件」、「隱藏」與「性徵化」等,其餘次數較少的為:「清潔」、「身體意像的表達」、「想外出」、「退化」與「隔絕」。
三、 性虐待受害兒童在遊戲媒材上:較常使用的媒材為:沙箱、電話、積木及收銀機等,這些媒材提供性虐待受害兒童用來撫慰自己與他人、表達家中狀況、和治療師互動以及發展遊戲的主控權。第十三次遊戲之後,開始運用刀、劍與槍,以發洩害怕與憤怒的情緒,進而賦予性虐待受害兒童勇氣,去直接面對害怕的恐龍等恐怖類媒材。
最後,研究者依據研究結果發現,分別對性虐待受害兒童之實務工作,以及未來相關研究之進行提出具體建議。

Abstract
This research aims to explore the therapeutic process of sexual abused child, to examine her play behaviors and play materials in play therapy. The researcher observed 20 play therapy sessions, and analyzed the observational data, the findings are as follows:
1. The sexual abused child experienced following play process: (1) Explore the play room and play materials; (2) Test time limit, and establish relationship with play therapist; (3) Experience fear and seek for protection, and nurture others; (4) Develop controlling power, achieve the task alone under the therapist’s encouragement; (5) Learn to deal properly with her anger and fear:(6)Termination.
2. The most frequent play behaviors is “Nurturing”,others are: ”Exploration”, ”Aggression”, “Going outside”, “Reestablishing control”, “Ambivalence”, “Repeat”, “Acting out real life”, “Hiding”, “Sexualization”, “Cleaning”, “Expressing body image”, “Intending to go outside”, “Isolation”, and “Regression”.
3. The most accessible play materials that sexual abused child used are: Sand tray, telephone, building blocks, and register. These play materials offer child the opportunity to nurture others and herself, express her real life, get along with the therapist, and develop controlling power. Latter in the play therapy, the child can also use knife, sword, and gun to work out the fear and anger inside. These play materials also empower the sexual abused child to face the terrifying toys like dinosaurs.
Specific suggestions for therapists working with sexual abused child and researches in the future are addressed.
