目的:探討不同層級選手在刺拳以及直拳兩種直線性拳路,出拳水平最大加速度與三足區足底壓力差異。方法:12名大專拳擊公開組與12名一般組選手,讓其戴上黏貼Delsys內建加速規之拳擊手套以及穿著DynaFoot2足底壓力鞋墊,收取刺、直拳之出拳水平最大加速度與雙腳三足區足底壓力分佈情形,每人兩種拳路共收取20拳有效數據,再以SPSS 21.0版統計軟體,以獨立樣本t檢定,考驗專業組與一般組選手在進行刺、直拳時出拳水平加速度之差異以及雙腳各足區足底壓力差異情形,統計水準皆訂為α=.05。結果:在水平最大加速度方面,專業組選手在刺拳以及直拳之水平最大加速度顯著快於一般組選手;從三足區足底壓力方面,專業組選手刺拳在前腳前足區壓力皆顯著大於一般組選手,前腳中足區則未達顯著差異,前腳後足區壓力則顯著小於一般組選手,在刺拳後腳前足、中足區以及後足區則皆未達顯著差異;在直拳前、後腳前足區壓力皆顯著大於一般組選手,而直拳前、後腳中足區及後足區則皆未達顯著差異。結論:在刺拳方面,一般組選手應以前腳前足區施力帶動出拳為主,而在直拳方面,應將前、後腳前足區為啟動腳,藉此帶動軀幹至上肢,使直拳動力鏈有更完整的展現,以利提升出拳效果。
Purpose: Discuss the differences in the performance of different levels of players through wearing sole pressure insoles and accelerating gloves for jabbing and cross punching. Method: In this study, 12 boxing open group and general group players were invited to wear DynaFoot2 sole pressure insoles and boxing gloves pasted with Delsys built-in acceleration gauges to receive the maximum acceleration of the punching level of the jabbing and cross punches, and the distribution of plantar pressure in the three-leg area of the feet, and each of the two types of punches is valid for a total of 20 punches. The data will be tested through SPSS 21.0 version statistical software, with independent sample t test, to test the difference in horizontal acceleration of the professional group and the general group in the jab and cross punch, and the difference in the plantar pressure of each foot zone of the feet. The statistical standards are all set as α = .05 Result: In terms of the maximum level acceleration, the professional group players’ jab and straight punch’s level maximum acceleration was significantly faster than the general group players’; from the three-foot zone plantar pressure, the professional group players’ jab at the forefoot and forefoot pressure was significantly greater than players in the general group, the forefoot and midfoot area did not reach a significant difference, while the pressure in the forefoot and hindfoot area was significantly lower than that of the players in the general group. There were no significant differences in the forefoot, midfoot area, and hindfoot area after the jab; The pressure in the forefoot area of the back foot after the cross punch was significantly higher than that of the players in the general group, while the back midfoot area and hindfoot area did not reach significant differences. Conclusion: In the jab, the general group of players should apply force to the forefoot area to drive the punch, and for the cross punch, the forefoot area of the front and back feet should be used as the starting foot, so as to drive the trunk to the upper limbs to make a straight punch. The power chain has a more complete display to help improve the punching effect.
