This paper explores how the electronics manufacturing industry successfully achieves digital transformation through digital capabilities. The study adopts a case study approach, introducing how digital empowerment technologies enhance organizational digital and AI literacy, thereby strengthening digital capabilities to support digital transformation. It integrates corporate business strategies, plans digital investments, reconstructs information architecture, and selects appropriate digital tools and process systems based on the company's long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals to improve information transparency, service experience, and goal attainment accuracy. Through digital transformation, companies can quickly respond to market changes and reduce operational risks. The study outlines the industry's background in electronics manufacturing and the rapid development of digital technology, analyzing how case companies establish sufficient organizational capabilities to support transformation goals, maintain competitiveness, and solve problems encountered during the transformation process. The literature review section discusses digital empowerment strategies and their role in digital transformation, the integration of corporate digital transformation goals with corporate strategies, and related academic and practical research. The study provides a detailed introduction to the background of the case company, analyzes the challenges faced at different operational stages, and examines how to achieve business model strategies and stage goals through the integration of product design and digital/AI technologies. The paper presents the process and outcomes of system implementation, illustrating how digital capabilities enhance information immediacy and transparency, improve collaborative efficiency, and boost the flexibility of operational processes and the efficiency of intelligent data-driven decision-making. Finally, the paper suggests continuous focus on digital technology and process optimization, combined with corporate business model strategies, to enrich digital empowerment transformation, providing resilience and innovation, and encouraging partners and customers to expand the depth of digital transformation, ensuring sustainable operations for the case company and joint growth within the industry. This case study aims to provide a reference example for both academia and industry in implementing digital transformation.
