「藝術創作」是藝術家有意識的努力與有意識的追求，經由思考與表現傳達出作者的思想、觀念、情感，是人類內在心寧活動與外在形式表現的高層次智慧展現。研究者追求「舞蹈攝影」的創作，及攝影技巧的變化，已有一段相當長的時間。並藉由攝影之便，感受那舞者於舞台演出中享受那自我在空間、時間中移動的美妙感受，以及對美的追求;也欣賞到舞者的曼妙舞姿，及生動的舞蹈呈現。更體認舞蹈能夠培養互助、合作、團結的精神。也因此讓研究者一直沈浸在那光影的變化中，拍出屬於個人自我的創作作品。
藝術與生活是密不可分的，創作又是作者內在心靈與外在生活環境激盪的結果。希望個人對舞蹈的影像表現的探究，能藉由光影元素把舞蹈攝影為主題作一完美的影像呈現。本創作系列的作品藉由光影明暗、象徵、隱喻、超現實、數位蒙太奇營造出研究者的想像意境，以攝影影像原本為真實的傳達媒介，在透過研究者的思維轉化為藝術創作的媒介。並將分別以靜態、動態律動、重複曝光組合、光影表現、粗粒子表現及後製作影像組合等六系列影像創作之內容表現，以呈現出研究者個人對舞蹈影像的創作風格，或可讓觀賞者產生視覺影像的另類思維。本創作系列共分六個系列:

在各系列作品中，除了闡述研究者對舞蹈影像的創作理念與表現內容之外，並對作品之創作表現技法及形式作分析解讀，其中也包含影像之後製作處理運用之說明。論文最後並檢視創作成果及歷程，並提出對未來的創作做持續努力的期許。

“Art creation” is a conscious effort and pursuit made by artists. It shows a high-level representation of wisdom which expresses the artist’s thoughts, concepts, and feelings; that is, a combination of the intrinsic psychological activity and the extrinsic expression form. The researcher has been devoted to “dance photography” and photographic techniques for a long time. With the aid of photography, the researcher feels like identifying himself with the dancer who enjoys the free motion within the virtual space and time on stage, and experiencing the dancer’s fervent pursuit of beauty; at the same time, appreciates the graceful movement and the lively performance. It also deepens the researcher’s understanding that dance is able to develop the spirit of collaboration and clanship. The researcher is profoundly fascinated with the change of shadows and lights, as a result, taking those photos with distinctive personal style.
Art cannot separate from life because art creation is a vibration between the artist’s mind and the outside world. Having long explored the beauty of dance image, the researcher hopes to integrate the elements of lights and shadows into the dance photography, showing a series of marvelous images. This series of images are consisted of lights grading, symbols, metaphors, surrealistic imagination, digital montage, which serve to present the imaginary world of the researcher. Photos are the media of reality; by this a style, photos are the media of the researcher’s concepts. What contains inside this work is six series, including the motionless rhythm, the dynamic rhythm, the repeated exposure, the lights grading, the rough particle images and the post-production image collection. The work suggests the researcher’s style on dance image which may inspire the viewers to have an alternative thinking. The six
series are as followed:

2. Dynamic series
3. Repeated exposure series
4. Lights grading series
5. Rough particle series
6. Post-production image collection

Within each series, the original thoughts of the author and short introduction will be provided; besides, form analysis on the techniques and further explain on post-production dealings will be stated too. The last part of the thesis is to review the whole creation process and the author’s artistic achievement as well as encourage himself to make constant effort in the future.
