智慧建築與綠建築的趨勢
隨著雲計算以及人工智慧等創新技術的發展，建築領域也朝著智慧化的方向逐步邁進。智慧建築(Intelligent Building)是以建築物為基礎操作平台，綜合運用各類型資訊軟體，形成一個將建築和環境進行有效協調的整體，能夠打造更加綠色環保的生態環境。與傳統的建築相比較，智慧建築能夠運用創新技術科學分析環境的變化，並且與大數據資訊手段進行密切配合，能夠整理歸納和分析大量的數據。智慧建築目前的發展更加關注綠色節能環保，並且注重使用者的居住體驗和舒適感，有效提升了住戶的生活質量。

綠色建築(Green Building)指在建築的全壽命週期內，最大限度地節約資源，包括節能、節地、節水、節材等，保護環境和減少污染，為人們提供健康、舒適和高效的使用空間，與自然和諧共生的建築物。綠色建築技術注重低耗、高效、經濟、環保、集成與優化，是人與自然、現在與未來之間的利益共用，是可持續發展的建設手段。

The Trends of Intelligent Buildings and Green Buildings

With the large-scale development of high-tech industries such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the construction field is gradually moving toward the direction of intelligence. Intelligent Building is a building-based operating platform that integrates various types of information software to form an overall environment that effectively coordinates the building and the environment, creating a more environmental protection and ecological environment. Compared with traditional architecture, smart buildings can use high-tech scientific analysis of environmental changes, and closely cooperate with big data information means to organize and analyze large amounts of data. The current development of smart buildings pays more attention to green energy conservation and environmental protection, and focuses on the user's living experience and comfort, which effectively improves the life quality of residents.

Green Building refers to maximizing resource conservation during the entire life cycle of a building, including energy conservation, land saving, water conservation, and material conservation, protecting the environment and reducing pollution, providing people with healthy, comfortable and high efficient use of space and a building that is in harmony with nature. Green building technology focuses on low consumption, high efficiency, economy, environmental protection, integration and optimization. It is the sharing of benefits between human and nature, present and future, and which is a means of building sustainable development.
