本研究之目的在探討不同等級女子網球選手上肢等速肌力與專項表現之差異。21位大專甲組女子網球選手自願參與,以發球與正拍回擊之精確性劃分為優秀選手組(9位,精確性得分 = 71.0 ± 7.3分)與一般選手組(12位,精確性得分 = 50.5 ± 5.7分),分別進行上肢各關節等速肌力與網球專項表現測試,以Biodex S4進行肩關節屈曲與伸展、肩關節90°外展之外旋與內旋、肘關節屈曲與伸展以及腕關節屈曲與伸展於三種角速度之肌力峰值測試,以JUGS雷達測速槍與網球落點得分進行網球專項表現評估,以獨立樣本t考驗分析不同等級女網選手上肢等速肌力與專項表現之差異,以皮爾森積差相關分析網球選手上肢各肌力峰值與網球專項表現之相關性。結果顯示:一、優秀選手與一般選手在肩關節、肘關節及腕關節的絕對肌力與相對肌力無顯著差異;二、發球速度與肘關節伸展肌力(120°/s、240°/s與360°/s)、腕關節伸展肌力(120°/s)及屈曲肌力(120°與180°/s)有顯著正相關;三、發球與正拍回擊精確性與肩關節90°外展之內旋(240°/s)及肘關節伸展肌力(120°/s)有顯著正相關。不同等級大專甲組女網選手在上肢關節等速肌力均沒有不同,應與網球專項訓練所致之上肢末梢神經肌肉調適有關;且網球發球速度與肘關節伸展肌力及腕關節屈伸肌力的關係,應與擊球瞬間前臂加速揮擊有關;而精確性得分與肩90°之內旋與肘伸展肌力的關係應與平擊式發球落點動作控制有關。本研究建議網球選手應注意上肢末端的肌肉適能,並擅用腕部力量與肩內旋、肘屈伸、腕屈伸的肌力訓練,應有助於專項運動表現的提升。
The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of upper isokinetic strength profile and specific performance between elite and general female tennis player. Twenty-one female collegiate tennis players volunteered and divided into elite tennis players (EP, 9 players, scores = 71.0 ± 7.3 points) and general tennis players (GP, 12 players, scores = 50.5 ± 5.7 points) according to the performance of serve and ground stroke accuracy. All the subjects underwent series tests of upper extremity isokinetic strength and tennis specific performance. The isokinetic strength test was performed by the Biodex isokinetic dynamometer in dominant shoulder flexion/extension, shoulder 90° abduction external/internal rotation, elbow extension/flexion, and wrist extension/flexion with three different angular velocities. The tennis specific performance was evaluated by a radar gun and the position of ball position and depth. Independent t-tests were used to analyze the different of upper isokinetic strength profile and specific performance between EP and GP. Pearson product moment correlations were used to examine the relationships between isokinetic profile and stroke accuracy and ball velocity measurements. Result showed that: 1). No significant differences were found in upper isokinetic strength profile between groups; 2). Significant correlations were observed between serve velocity and elbow extension at 120°/s、240°/s and 360°/s, waist extension at 120°/s, and waist flexion at 120°/s、180°/s; 3). Significant correlations were also observed between accuracy performance and shoulder 90 abduction internal rotation at 240°/s and elbow flexion at 120°/s. No significant differences of upper isokinetic strength profile between elite and general female tennis players might because of the long term tennis specific training adaptation. Significant correlations between serve velocity and the strength of elbow extension and waist extension/flexion might because of the forearm acceleration stroke. Significant correlations between serve accuracy and the strength of shoulder internal rotation and elbow extension might because of the movement and depth control during the flat serve. It is suggested that female tennis player should be caution to the profile of distal upper extremity muscles. Properly control and strength training in the wrist joints strength, shoulder internal rotation, elbow flexion/extension, and wrist flexion/extension might be good for performance improvement.
