喬瑟夫‧坎伯(Joseph Campbell) 說『神話是公眾的夢，夢是私我的神話』從私我的潛意識夢境去探討我們無法察覺的行為模式。社會多元化的過度發展，相較過去單純樸實的生活大相逕庭，社會、家庭、人際所產生無法預期的壓力，希望能從夢境得到紓解，甚至剖析、理解、並且圖像化在筆者的創作之中。我們知道重壓在我們心頭的意念之多，遠遠超出我們所能理會或了解的範圍，就像弗洛依德所說：『夢中事物的含意，在於它能讓我們想起什麼。』雖然無法理解，但總能想起什麼。所以在筆者本研究中，利用夢境片段產生的情緒感知轉化成隱喻的象徵，將令人帶有懼意或表徵涵意的各種物像組合在畫面中，並且試著營造出夢境的特殊氛圍，畫出私我神話般的作品。

藉著創作論述的研究達到以下目的：(一) 追求生命的平衡，探究內心壓抑的不平，藉由藝術的創作去紓解生命成長的痛苦。 (二) 實現心靈深處的想望和夢的內在生命，從創作的系列作品象徵及衍生成生命歷程，進而治癒的療癒過程，由本研究中追溯塑造自我的自由。

Joseph Campbell said ‘Dreams are private myths, myths are public dreams’ from my personal dream to explore my subconscious patterns of behavior we can not detect. Over the development of social diversity, compared with pure and simple life very different from the past, social, family, interpersonal pressure generated by unexpected, I hope get relief from the dream, or even analysis, understanding, and the image of the author's creation in. We know the weight of ideas in our minds much more than we can care about or understand the scope, as Freud said ‘dream, the meaning of things is that it allows us to think of something’ Although dream is impossible to let us understand, but it always makes us thinking of something. Therefore, in the study, using the metaphor symbol transformed from the emotional perception of dream fragments, I assembly all materials of fear or meaning in the paints. I try to create a special atmosphere of the dream, and then paint my fabulous work of private.

Through the creation of discourse to achieve the following objectives:
(a) the pursuit of a balanced life, to explore the inner repressed grievances, through artistic creation to alleviate the growing pains of life.
(b) the right of self-re-created, to track the freedom re-created oneselfs from a series of works created in the symbol of life, disease, and then the process of healing.
