摘 要
本研究以敘說研究法中的自我敘說方式進行探究，透過撰寫整理自己在成為中學輔導教師的職前訓練以及進入學校輔導工作之後，在個人與組織之間所經歷各種事件的挑戰與轉折，並從中反思影響自己生涯發展的重要因素與調適的關鍵為何。
研究內容當中也藉由「生涯調適力」、「善用機緣論」兩種面對生涯不確定性的概念，檢視自己的生命經驗，發現自己對於未來生涯發展與實踐新的可能性，也希望藉由此研究能提供正在追尋與實踐自己助人工作、教育理念、理想以及職涯轉折的人有更多的思考上的啟發與能量。

Abstract
In this research, a self-narrative inquiry is used to analyze my teacher’s career development of being an secondary school counselor.
Through the narrative and introspection of my life experiences, understand what are the important events in my career development, find out the factors that affects transition and adjustment on these events.
Besides, examine my life experience by two concepts of "career adaptability" and planned happenstance theory ", find out the new possibilities for my career development in the future, and I hope this study can provide some edification and energy for people who want to be a school counselor, find beliefs of education, or to meet with transition in career development.
