本研究旨在探討境內外兩所國小學童二階段環境知覺控制觀與購買瓶裝水環境行為意圖之相關性,並比較不同背景變項的學生所持有的二階段環境知覺控制觀及購買瓶裝水環境行為意圖表現之差異。研究方法以問卷調查進行。研究工具採用二階段環境知覺控制觀量表及購買瓶裝水環境行為意圖量表,以境內外各一所學校四、五、六年級的學生為研究對象,有效問卷265份。資料分析以描述性統計、卡方適合度考驗、獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、列聯相關、逐步迴歸分析統計方法進行。
研究結果發現:
1.境內學校有92.6%的學生呈現「初級控制傾向」的控制觀。境外學校則有65.4%的學生呈現「初級控制傾向」的控制觀,但也有27.7%的學生是「積極控制傾向」的控制觀。
2.二階段環境知覺控制觀在境外學校的性別、年級、家庭經濟狀況、每周零用錢、每周購買瓶裝水的表現沒有顯著差異,在境內學校則以每周零用錢有顯著差異。二階段環境知覺控制觀在境內和境外學校相互比較上,性別、年級、家庭經濟狀況、每周零用錢、每周購買瓶裝水次數皆有顯著差異。
3.境內外學生對購買瓶裝水的環境行為意圖皆傾向不購買瓶裝水,且境內學校學生比境外學校學生不購買瓶裝水的行為意圖更強。
4.境內學校學生的行為態度僅在年級變項上有顯著差異,但行為意圖表現上則在性別、年級、每周零用錢、每周購買瓶裝水次數等變項上皆有顯著差異。境外學校則以每周購買瓶裝水次數在購買瓶裝水的四個量表上都有顯著差異。境內外學校學生購買瓶裝水環境行為意圖表現在不同背景變項下則呈現相當分歧的結果。
5.境內外學校學生購買瓶裝水的行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制與購買瓶裝水行為意圖存在有顯著的中度正相關性,但其所抱持的二階段環境知覺控制觀則與購買瓶裝水行為意圖呈現不顯著的低度正相關。
6.行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、年級、每周零用錢及每周購買瓶裝水次數等預測因子聯合預測境內學生購買瓶裝水環境行為意圖有57.6%的預測力,但對境外學生則只有38%的預測力。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between the two-process environmental of perceived locus of control and behavioral intention of environment about the buying bottled water for students from two overseas and domestic elementary schools, and to compare the two-process environmental of perceived locus of control and behavioral intention of environment about the buying bottled water between students from various backgrounds. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey. The research tools include the two-process environmental of perceived locus of control and behavioral intention of environment scale about the buying bottled water. The subject of the study was one of the overseas and domestic elementary schools with students ranging from fourth grade to sixth grade. A total of 265 valid responses were obtained from the survey. The data was analyzed with description statistics, chi-square test for goodness of fit, independent sample t test, analysis of variance, associative correlation, and stepwise regression.
Research conclusion:
1.About 92.6% of the domestic students hold the locus of control of “primary control”. In contrast, 65.4% of the overseas students hold such values, but there are 27.7% of students hold the locus of control of “active control”.
2.There were no significant differences in the locus of two-process environmental of perceived control among overseas students with background variables such as gender, grade, family economic status, a weekly allowance, and frequency of buying bottled water weekly; there were significant differences among domestic students with background variables such as a weekly allowance. Comparing between domestic and overseas samples, there were significant differences in gender, grade, family economic status, a weekly allowance, and frequency of buying bottled water weekly.
3.Overall, both domestic and overseas students tend not to buy bottled water, while domestic students have stronger behavioral intention than overseas students not to buy bottled water.
4.For domestic students, there were significant differences in the attitude toward the behavior among students with the background variable of grade. There were significant differences in the performance of the behavioral intent among students with background variables such as gender, grade, a weekly allowance, and frequency of buying bottled water weekly. For overseas students, there were significant differences in the four scales for buying bottled water among students with background variables such as frequency of buying bottled water weekly. For domestic and overseas students with different background variables, the performances of the behavioral intent show great disagreement.
5.Attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm concerning the behavior, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention of buying bottled water were moderately positively correlated for both domestic and overseas students, but the two-process environmental of perceived control was lower positively correlated with behavioral intention of buying bottled water.
6.The predictive factors including attitude toward the behavior, subjective norm concerning the behavior, perceived behavioral control, grade, a weekly allowance, and frequency of buying bottled water weekly predict the behavioral intention of buying bottled water of domestic students with a predictive power at 57.6%. However, the predictive factors predict the behavioral intention of buying bottled water of overseas students with a predictive power at 38%.
