過去普遍認為人才市場供給與需求僅取決於經濟或是觀光市場上的發展,當經濟及觀光市場繁榮帶動景氣時,勞動市場的需求量增加。反之,若是金門觀光淡季時,亦會影響勞動市場造成需求減少。本次研究透過訪談方式針對職缺刊登時雇主與求職者之間的期望落差來做探討。利用訪談方式實際了解廠商在職缺刊登的前置作業、流程及對求職者的期望,藉以探討是否會因為職缺刊登的文字訊息上的認知落差影響求職者求職動機,導致金門地區人才市場供給與需求產生不平衡之現象。
In the past, it was generally believed that the supply and demand of the talent market only depended on the development of the economy or the tourism market. When the prosperity of the economy and the tourism market drove the economy, the market demand for labor increased. Conversely, if it is the off-season for sightseeing in Kinmen, it should also cause the reduction of the market demand for labor. This study explores the gap in expectations between employers and job applicants when job vacancies are published. Using interviews to actually understand the pre-jobs, procedures and expectations of job applicants for the job vacancies published by manufacturers, in order to explore whether the cognitive gap in the text messages of job vacancies will affect the motivation of job applicants, leading to the supply of the talent market in Kinmen. The phenomenon of unbalanced demand.
