    The present study aims to describe the key features in the current Latin-American Diaspora in the Republic of China (Taiwan) to enhance businesses and economies overseas. The research was targeted to the current foreign resident’s members of the diaspora in Taiwan. It utilizes a descriptive method of research in order to describe key features such as: Size, Diasporic Category, Nostalgic Products, Consumer Behavior, Socioeconomic Profile, and Geographic Distribution. This research is a Non-Experimental, Sectional; with a quantitative approach and information was collected through the application of digital surveys to members of the diaspora regardless of which Latin American country they belonged, and secondary data sources specifically the “Foreign residents by Nationality” statistics created by the Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency Republic of China (Taiwan). The results presented have given important reflections to the research. The study recommends the opportunity for Latin American companies from the food and beverage category to target the Latin American Diaspora in Taiwan and capitalize on their success abroad.
