We introduce an online platform Spacelink, and a community TOP for open collaborations in astronomical observation. Spacelink allows members to propose observation ideas in either scientific or astrophotography fields to attract and collaborate with people who have similar interests. Collaborative observations allow members to share observation resources as well as the produced results within the projects. On the other hand, Taiwan astronomical Observation collaboration Platform (TOP) is a community for Taiwanese people, particularly educational organizations, to further exchange and share educational resources with one another while participating in astronomy observations. We aim to promote citizen science to inspire and cultivate the interest of Taiwanese people in the fields of science and technology.
