    • 本文作者目前任職於政府衛生局藥政科及毒品危害防制中心, 負責藥物濫用防治
    之宣導政策: 本研究動機是為了瞭解政府近年大力推動這些藥物濫用政策之有效性, 因
    此進行台灣大學及研究所學生接觸藥物濫用危害宣導訊息與藥物濫用知識、態度、行
    為之相關性研究。並進一步瞭解這些相關性是否受自身的基本條件(如性別與宗教) 、
    父母親、及同儕因素之影響。
    本研究母群體為國內新竹區大學研究所院校學生, 共300人。以分析結構方程模型
    之形式作成問卷調查。分析方法包括結構方程模型分析, 複迴歸分析, 與變異數分析等。
    本研究最大的發現是目前政府單位之藥物濫用宣導方式並不能有效增加大學生有關藥
    物濫用危害之知識, 使得無法更進一步影響其態度及行為。本研究提出改善建議, 以提
    升政府單位藥物濫用宣導之有效性。

    The author of this thesis currently works for the government department
    charged with drug-abuse prevention and treatment. Motivated by the question of
    whether our government’ drug-abuse prevention policies are effective, this study
    investigates the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and behaviors regarding
    drug abuse among Taiwanese college students. Moreover, this study investigates
    whether the above relationships are influenced by individual factors such as gen-
    der, religion, family background, and school.
    The study designs a questionnaire whose responses can be analyzed via Struc-
    tural Educational Modeling (SEM) methodology. The three hundred subjects in-
    vestigated in this study are Taiwanese college students at Hsinchu. Methodologies
    used in this study include SEM, multiple regression, and ANOVA. Our results
    show that the current government policies regarding drug-abuse prevention are
    not publicized in a way that effectively influence students knowledge. We pro-
    pose remedies to improve the effectiveness of publicity for government drug-abuse
    prevention policies.
