With Internet penetration, energy saving, it has become extremely important part of modern communications to deliver events and information through World Wide Internet. Among them, online education is one big part. In recent years, thanks to the trend of online education, users are more willing to receive knowledge through the Internet. On the other hand, there are more users or operators own channels to share their knowledge and experience on network.
The starting point of this paper is to build a cloud-based platform in order to provide users a barrier-free space, no matter the distance or time, in where viewers can find what they need immediately. This study proposed a systematic, automatic platform for knowledge sharing and matching by the cloud technology today.
In the thesis, we achieve cross-platform, data exchange and scaling on demand by the advantages of cloud. We can not only serve many kinds of network devices but also start hosts on cloud when bandwidth demand bursts, get more efficient use of network resources and build a low-cost, highly flexible network platform. The platform is also implemented by Web 2.0 technologies [1, 2], including PHP5 and MySQL database which are both the most popular tools that can improve our portability and compatibility. Besides, we focus on the implementation of management mechanism, user flow, cash flow, database access and website design in order to provide a complete solution for knowledge sharing.
Who says that only professional is indispensable in knowledge delivery? On this platform, we believe that anyone can share their knowledge and any knowledge has its value. There will be much more civilian educators or stars revealed themselves by this platform.
