本研究以常州市T學校自閉症兒童為研究對象,旨在研究自閉症兒童在大腦自動模仿功能受限的情況下,如何利用身體進行學習,進而改善自閉症兒童的身心健康水準。本研究採取的是質性研究方法和量化研究方法相結合的混合研究設計,探討太極拳課、跆拳道課和體育保健課對自閉症兒童步態、協調能力、睡眠品質、自閉行為、推理能力與腦部連接的影響。在運動介入前後,參試者接受步態、協調能力、睡眠品質、自閉行為、推理能力測試、腦部連接之前後測。
研究結果顯示:1)運動幹預能有效改善自閉症兒童生心理健康;2)不同運動干預對自閉症兒童的自閉行為改善略有差異;3)基於情景和身體體驗的具身學習是自閉症兒童運動幹預的作用機制;4)太極拳和跆拳道項目是值得推廣自閉症兒童的運動幹預方案;5)基於具身認知的自閉症兒童運動干預課程設計尤為重要;6)多學科協同研究更有助於提升自閉症兒童運動幹預的社會認可度。
基於研究結果,本研究提出如下建議建議:政府層面,需要保障自閉症兒童健康權力,加強對自閉症兒童的體育教育關心與支援;特殊教育機構層面,加強內部體育教師的在職培訓,多途徑引入社會力量開展運動干預研究與實踐;教師層面,理論與實踐相結合,努力提升運動干預課程教學水準;家長層面,不放棄、不拋棄,合理選擇運動干預項目,提升自閉症兒童的身心健康水準,擴展其社會適應力。

In this study, the autistic children in T School of Changzhou City were taken as research subjects. The purpose of this study is to study how autistic children learn by body under the condition of limited automatic imitation function of brain, and then improve the physical and mental health level of autistic children. This study adopts a mixed research design which combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the effects of Tai Chi, Taekwondo and Physical Education Health Care courses on the gait, coordination ability, sleep quality, autistic behavior, reasoning ability and brain connection of autistic children. Before and after physical activity intervention, participants were tested for gait, coordination ability, sleep quality, autistic behavior, reasoning ability and brain connection.
The results show: 1) Physical activity intervention can effectively improve the physical and mental health of autistic children; 2) There are slight differences in the improvement of autistic children's autistic behavior between different physical activity intervention; 3) Embodied cognition based on circumstances and physical experience is the mechanism of autistic children's physical activity intervention; 4) Tai Chi and Taekwondo are worth promoting. 5) The curriculum design of embodied intervention for autistic children is particularly important. 6) Multidisciplinary collaborative research is significant to enhance the social acceptance of physical activity intervention for autistic children.
Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are put forward: To the government, it is necessary to protect the healthiness rights, offer more care and support for physical education of autistic children; To the special education institutions, strengthen on-the-job training of internal physical education teachers, and introduce social forces from different ways into the research and practice of physical activity intervention. To the teachers, combining theory with practice, we should strive to improve the teaching level of physical activity intervention courses; To the parents, we should not give up or abandon, choose reasonable physical activity intervention projects, improve the physical and mental health level of autistic children, and expand their social adaptability.
