國軍財務資訊系統-現金會計管理自107年1月1日正式使用以來，除了熟悉介面的操作和功能的使用外，也面臨了許多困境。文章首先探討區塊鏈技術的技術、發展和特性，接著探討國軍財務資訊系統的技術、發展和特性，然後藉由問卷及訪談的方式研究利害關係人對於國軍財務資訊系統導入區塊鏈技術的可行性來評估區塊鏈技術的運用是否可行。最後統計問卷並經由SWOT分析及提出一個新的現金收付流程作為總結。

Since its official use on January 1, 107, the Military Finance Information System-Cash Accounting Management has faced many difficulties in addition to the operation and function of the familiar interface. The article first discusses the development and characteristics of the national military's main financial information system, then discusses the development, technology and characteristics of the blockchain technology, and then studies the feasibility of the stakeholder's introduction of the blockchain to the national military's main financial information system through questionnaires. To assess whether the use of blockchain technology is feasible. Finally, the questionnaire was analyzed and the conclusion was obtained via SWOT analysis.
