本創作論述所探討的是筆者在2013年至2015年間，以「自然童趣」概念，以及以環境生態為題的藝術創作。
本文首先闡述選擇插畫作為畢業創作的背景及動機，並結合生態學、東方自然觀等相關文獻探討，探索人與自然的關係，並以統整並踐履理念與創作實務。第一章，為緒論的部分，對研究動機與目的、研究方法做一說明；第二章為筆者對創作相關的理論與背景作探討藝術裡的自然，自然事物一直都是藝術的養分，從與自然相關的藝術形式中，也反映出人與自然的關係及看法；第三章，是對於創作實踐與技法的解析。依創作內容可分為兩個系列：一，自然記憶系列，以兒童的生活與環境的觀照為研究主體，插畫之敘述性的方式，刻劃兒童接觸大自然所產生的經歷與對自然界的理解，作品內容能取自現實而又超越現實，進行富童趣的半具象造形描寫，將夢與現實合而為一；二，異想樂園系列，筆者以放大兒童的肢體畫面象徵包容萬物，透過生態的造境，塑造兒童與自然和諧共處的場景，重新開啟與自然的對話，以平實的自然場域與常見於生活中的動物作為主要創作題材的對象，探討生態、環境與人類三者的互動、親近的關係，引發對目前環境意識的思維與關注，以個人的美感經驗與意識的啟發，傳達對自然生態關懷的深刻之情。

The subject of the study is based on the concept of natural childhood fun and focus on the theme of environment and ecology for artistic creations. The illustration creation is the major objective in this study. This report explores the relationships of ecology, eastern natural view, and the interaction of human and nature. Then these concepts are further used as ideas for illustration creation practice. Chapter 1 shows the introduction and description of creative motivation and purpose and the research approaches. In chapter 2, creation theory and background has been discussed. Nature theme has been the subject matter of art creation but also thought as nutrient of art. Natural art form also reflects the relations and perceptions between culture and nature.
Chapter 3 presents the illustration creation practice and the techniques. According to the creative concepts, the content can be divided into two divisions. One is the “Nature Memory” series. In this section, children’s lives and the living environment are the subject matter. By narrative way, the illustrations depict that children contact with nature, and generate experience and understanding of the nature world. The contents involve the reality and beyond reality, a rich playful semi-figurative diagram and the combination of the dream and reality into one. The other is the “Fancy Paradise” series. By exaggerating children limbs to attributes the comprehensiveness of all things. Through creating a balance ecological environment, to show the scene that children and nature coexist harmoniously to restart dialogue with nature, thereby to provide insight and inspiration in environmental preservation. In this thesis, my illustration creation have integrated my personal experience of beauty and sense of inspiration to express the deeply concern for the natural ecology.
