本研究主要探討高中職學生在手機功能著重度、依賴程度與其人際關係之相關研究。本研究以6所高中職學校，共729位學生為受試樣本，採用「中學生人際關係量表」與「青少年手機使用問卷」進行資料蒐集。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究發現如下：
一、高中職學生在手機的使用功能上較著重於娛樂功能與聯繫功能顯著高於工具功能與訊息功能。女學生對手機聯繫功能的著重度顯著高於男學生。高職生對手機訊息功能的著重度顯著高於高中生。
二、約有2.4%的高中職學生屬手機依賴的高危險群。高中職學生在手機使用上所表現出來的心理焦慮強度顯著高於內在強迫度與行為的過度性，而且女學生在手機使用之心理焦慮程度顯著高於男學生。高職生比高中生有更明顯的手機使用之心理焦慮性、行為過度性與內在強迫性。
三、高中職學生在人際關係上之人際需求與人際困擾的解決能力顯著高於尋求人際支持的能力、人際互動與人際認知。女學生在「尋求人際支持的能力」、「人際困擾的解決能力」及「人際需求」上皆顯著高於男學生，但男學生則在「人際互動」上顯著高於女學生。高中生在人際關係中的「尋求人際支持的能力」、「人際困擾的解決能力」、「人際認知」及「人際需求」上皆顯著高於高職生。
四、高中職學生的手機著重度、依賴程度與同儕人際關係彼此間存有特定的典型相關路徑。

The main purpose of the study was to investigate the correlations among mobile phone use, dependence and peer interpersonal relationship for senior high school students. A total of 792 students were sampled as subjects from 6 senior high schools. Subjects were asked to fill out both the Interpersonal Relationships Measurement and the Mobile Phone Use Behavior Questionnaire for youth. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Canonical Analysis. The major findings as follows：
1. Senior high school students utilized the entertainment function and the liaison function significantly higher than the tool function and the message function of mobile phone. Females used the liaison function more than males did. Vocational high school students used the message features more than general high school students did.
2. About 2.4 percent of high school students were classified as high risk of mobile phone dependence. High school students showed higher psychological anxiety than excessive use and internal compulsivity in mobile phone use. Females showed higher psychological anxiety than males did. Yet, vocational high school students had higher psychological anxiety, excessive use and internal compulsivity in mobile phone use than general high school students did.
3. On the aspects of peer interpersonal relationships, high school students responded higher interpersonal need and interpersonal problem solving ability than interpersonal support, interpersonal communication, and interpersonal cognition. Females responded higher interpersonal support, interpersonal problem solving ability, and interpersonal need than males did. Yet, males responded higher interpersonal interaction than females did. And, general high school students responded higher interpersonal support, interpersonal problem solving ability, interpersonal cognition, and interpersonal need than vocational high school students did.
4. There were specific canonical correlation paths between mobile phone use and mobile phone dependence, between mobile phone use and peer interpersonal relationship, and between mobile phone addiction and peer interpersonal relationship.
