面對知識經濟的衝擊，「就業力」一詞，近年來被視為能否順利投入職場的一項指標，然而學校教育為重要學習管道，除了習得專業知識之外，社團活動亦是一重要的課外學習管道以培養學生潛在特質與能力。本研究旨在探討大學社團經驗與就業力之關聯性，以曾經擔任社團幹部為研究對象，瞭解其應具備何種特質及可培養出那些能力項目，並檢視這些能力對於就業所產生的影響。期望研究結果未來可供學校教育之學生社團輔導規劃、學生自我能力提升以及企業選才之參考。
本研究首先透過文獻探討整理出擔任社團幹部之應具備領導特質與能力項目，並整理就業力相關文獻，初步了解兩者之間的關聯性。接續採用質性研究方式，依文獻整理之資料為基礎進行訪談大綱內容之設計，並以半結構式問卷進行深度訪談，根據本研究深度訪談之結果，受訪者工作上之主管多認為擔任社團幹部經驗與「團隊合作能力」、「溝通協調能力」、「創造力」、「領導力」、「人際交往能力」等五項就業力有關連性存在，對擔任社團幹部經驗與「學習力」、「觀察力」之關聯性則感受較少。

Faced with the impact of knowledge-based economy, in recent years, the term ‘employability’ has been regarded as an indicator of whether people can successfully enter the workforce. However, education at school is an important learning channel. In addition to acquiring knowledge, club activities are important extra-curricular learning channels for students to develop their potential qualities and abilities. This study explores the correlation between university club experience and employability. The subject of the study is people who have served as club executives in order to understand what kinds of qualities can develop into certain abilities. At the same time, the influence of these abilities on employment is examined. It is hoped that the results of the study can be used as a reference for the counseling and planning of student clubs at schools, self-enhancement of students’ own capacity, and corporate employee selection.

Through literature review, this study initially compiled a set of required leadership qualities and abilities as a club executive. The literature related to employability was also compiled. A preliminary understanding of the correlation between the two was established. Next, continuing the use of qualitative research methods, the interview’s outline content was designed based on the information compiled from literature. In addition, in-depth interviews were performed using structured questionnaires. According to the results of this study’s in-depth interviews, the superiors of interviewees think that there is correlation between club executive experience and five factors of employability, including ‘teamwork skills’, ‘communication skills’, ‘creativity’, ‘leadership skills’, and ‘interpersonal skills’. On the other hand, the correlation between experience as club executives and both ‘learning ability’ and ‘observation skills’, is felt less strongly respectively.
