近年來,心理諮商相關議題之盛行,使心理諮商之培訓單位越來越重視實務訓練,全職實習諮商心理師也迅速的增加,其相關議題更成為政府、社會大眾及學術界關注的焦點。而本研究主要是從正向心理學中的「主觀幸福感受」角度切入,以預防之觀點瞭解全職實習諮商心理師在全職實習期間的實習經驗品質及主觀幸福感之現況;不同背景變項的全職實習諮商心理師在實習經驗品質與主觀幸福感的差異情形;實習經驗品質與主觀幸福之關聯性。
本研究以台灣北、中及南部地區的心理諮商輔導相關科系且已進行半年全職實習的碩士生進行立意取樣,共計回收有效問卷189份。研究工具使用具有信、效度之量表,包括「實習經驗品質評量問卷」、「生活滿意量表」及「長期情意量表」,最後所得資料經由描述性統計、單因子多變項變異數分析、單因子單變項變異數分析、積差相關及典型相關分析進行分析。研究結果如下:
一、全職實習諮商心理師基本資料之調查結果
全職實習諮商心理師在學校機構進行全職實習之人數比率明顯最高,其次為醫療機構及社區諮商中心;在招收實習諮商心理師部分,最多機構開放1至3個名額全職實習諮商心理師進行全職實習;在機構內專任諮商心理師數量,大致上能達到實習辦法的要求;整體來說,機構提供給全職諮商心理師的個別諮商時數,都能達到實習辦法的要求與規定,且機構也能提供個別專業督導給全職實習諮商心理師,僅少數的全職實習諮商心理師必須自行聘請個別專業督導。
二、全職實習諮商心理師實習經驗品質之調查結果
全職實習諮商心理師的整體實習經驗品質,其平均數偏高,顯示整體的全
職實習諮商心理師能感受到良好的實習經驗品質。在實習經驗品質分層面中,以「專業督導經驗」的平均數最高,顯示全職實習諮商心理師在全職實習過程中,整體感受感較高品質的專業督導經驗;此外,以「實習環境」的標準差最高,顯示全職實習諮商心理師實習環境品質之個體差異性較大。
三、全職實習諮商心理師主觀幸福感之調查結果
就目前全職實習諮商心理師在主觀幸福感來看,大部分的全職實習諮商心理師其快樂經驗多於不快樂的經驗,有較高的主觀幸福感。在生活滿意度方面,結果顯示有半數以上的全職實習諮商心理師具有良好的生活質量;在長期情意方面,有接近八成的全職實習諮商心理師具有較正向的心理健康。
四、全職實習諮商心理師的背景變項在實習經驗品質的差異情形
從研究結果得知,不同背景變項中的「專任心理師數量」及「平均個別諮商時數」對實習經驗品質上具有顯著差異,大致而言專任心理師數量在「1-2」、「3-4」及「5」位的全職實習諮商心理師在實習環境分層面的品質較高;而平均個別諮商時數「7-10小時」的全職實習諮商心理師在實務專業學習分層面及整體實習經驗的品質較高。其他三個背景變項「實習機構性質」、「實習諮商心理師數量」及「專業督導來源」對實習經驗品質上則無顯著差異。
五、全職實習諮商心理師的背景變項在實習經驗品質的差異情形
從研究結果得知,不同背景變項的全職實習諮商心理師在主觀幸福感沒有
顯著的差異,顯示本研究之背景變項對於主觀幸福感的影響程度不高。
六、全職實習諮商心理師實習經驗品質與主觀幸福感之相關分析
從研究結果得知,全職實習諮商心理師的實習經驗品質總(分)量表與主觀
幸福感分層面的積差相關幾乎達到顯著的中低度相關;而從典型相關的負荷量來看,實習經驗品質透過一組典型因素對生活滿意、正向情意產生正向影響,而對負向情意產生負向影響,顯示全職實習諮商心理師在實習過程中的實習經驗品質較高時,生活滿意度也較高,且經驗較多的正向情緒與較少的負向情緒,其主觀幸福感相對也較高。此外,從典型相關分析也發現專業督導及實習環境對生活滿意度、正向情意及負向情意占有重要之影響力,代表專業督導與實習環境品質越高的全職實習諮商心理師,感受到主觀幸福感也愈高。
本研究可提供全職實習諮商心理師、全職實習機構及學術界之重要參考,作為改善實習制度的擬定、改善及未來研究之方向,並重視全職實習諮商心理師這個族群,提供更多的協助與支持,使全職實習諮商心理師在全職實習過程中能更加幸福快樂。
In recent years, the prevalent in counseling make counselor educational service put more and more energy in practical training. With full-time internship counselor’s rapidly increasing, those issues particularly became government, the public and academy’s focus. The research took positive
psychology‘s concept " subjective well-being " as main perspective to survey a full-time internship counselor’s experience quality;Different backgrounds of full-time internship counselors have differences in internship experience quality and subjective well-being; and relatedness between internship experience quality and subjective well-being.
The study purposive sampled north, central and south Taiwan’s intern student who have been experience six months full-time training and got 189 valid questionnaires. And using reliable and validly scale like "Internship Experience Quality Assessment Questionnaire", "Life Satisfaction Scale" and "Long-term Affection Scale". these data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way multi-variate analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA, product moment correlation and Canonical analysis. The result as follows:
In the survey of full-time internship counselor’s basic data found that student mostly took internship in school then were medical institution and community counseling center. When recruiting trainee of counselor, mostly institutions open one to three personnel. And mostly organization can meet the requirements of internship practical regulation that is every organization need enough full-time counselor personnel. Generally, the time agency providing for the intern to take individual counseling mostly can meet the internship requirement and regulation, and they also can provide professional supervisor for trainee, only few trainees need to arrangement of hiring supervisor.
The result of survey full-time internship counselor‘s experience quality found that full-time internship counselor’s overall experience quality average high, shows the overall full-time internship counselors have well internship experience quality. In the all content of quality internship experience "professional supervisory experience" has the highest average scores, it shows that full-time internship counselors have a quality experience of professional supervision experience. Beside, the “practice environment” has the highest standard deviation, it represents full-time intern’s working environment have great varience.
The result of surveying full-time internship counselors’ subjective well-being shows that most full-time internship counselors have more positive experience in subjective well-being,. In life satisfaction, the results showed that more than half of full-time interns have great daily life. And in the long–term affection, close 80% full-time internship counselors have more positive mental health.
The differences in internship experience quality of the background variables of full-time internship counselors. From the result, the number of counselors and average individual counseling time in background variables contribute to significantly different for internship experience quality. Generally speaking, the quality of internship environment where one to two and three to four counselors match five full-time internship counselors is better. And seven to ten hours in average individual counseling time is better for counselor’s training. The other three background variables: the nature of constitution, the number of counselors, and the resource of supervision do not result in significant differences.
The differences in internship experience quality of the background variables of full-time internship counselors. From the result, different backgrounds of full-time internship counselors have no significant difference in subjective well-being. It shows that the background variables of the study cannot have an impact on subjective well-being.
The result of full-time internship counselors experience quality and subjective well-being’s correlation analysis shows a nearly significant Low-Moderately correlated between full-time internship counselor quality experience’s total (sub) scales and subjective well-being. And from factor loadings of canonical analysis, internship experience quality through Canonical factor can have positive bear on life satisfaction and positive emotions, also can have negative bear on negative emotions, it shows that the higher the quality full-time internship counselor experience during internship they might have higher life satisfaction. And who have experienced more positive emotions and fewer negative emotions will also raise the subjective well-being. In addition, from canonical correlation analysis can find that professional supervisory and full-time intern’s working environment have an important impact on the life satisfaction, positive emotions and negative emotions, it represent that when full-time internship counselors have high quality of professional supervisory and full-time intern’s working environment, they have high feelings of happiness.
The study not only can provide full-time internship counselor, internship organization and academic institutions a guideline to improve training system’s policy formulate, adaption, further research’s direction, but also can let the public know about counselor this new population and provide more helping and supporting to then, letting full-time intern can get more happiness in the process of training.
