  • This research investigates Paraguayan energy sector as a whole. It makes use numerical analysis such as forecasting and time series analysis and visualization to provide a logical insight to what may be seen as abstract or secretive. The analysis made in this study are later to be used to make suggestions on resource allocation policies for driving the general national economic towards a sustainable way for development. For complement to the present study, sustainable projects implemented in some developed countries, are discussed and taken into consideration. Finally at the end of each section, a summary of the chapter is presented, where suggestions are made regarding the main topics discussed in them and aiming to provide a reasonable approach for short to medium term conflict solution in order to drive Paraguay to a greener self-sufficient a more human development.
