在車載網路的許多應用中,都需要公路設備至車輛端的資料傳輸協定。目前主流的公路設備至車輛端傳輸協定,是利用車輛未來的航道軌跡去預測封包目的地車輛的位置。然而,此種利用車輛未來軌跡的通訊協定的效能仍然還沒有完整的文獻探討過。在本篇論文中,我們發展了一個嶄新的模擬平台,特別是針對車載網路中,以車輛未來軌跡為基礎之公路設備至車輛端的通訊協定。目的是開發一個可靠並且公正的模擬平台,讓未來車載網路中的通訊協定開發者使用。並且透過實作已知的以車輛未來軌跡為公路設備至車輛端的通訊協定,在本平台中完整的探討此種通訊協定的應用價值以及發展前景。此外,透過模擬平台的模組化,將通訊協定分為中央演算法的預測端以及分散式的傳送策略端,未來的協定開發者將可以輕易的將他們的通訊協定實作在我們平台中並且進行模擬。在此篇論文中,我們也針對新的使用者提供了說明以及導引,幫助協定開發者未來在車載網路中進行大規模效能分析。而從實驗的數據顯示,以車輛未來軌跡為基礎之公路設備至車輛端的通訊協定的封包傳送成功率,在各種的實驗環境中都可以達到80%以上,而這也代表以車輛軌跡為資訊之通訊協定,未來擁有巨大的研究潛能。
Infrastructure-to-vehicle (I2V) multi-hop data forwarding is a common operation required
by a wade variety of vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) applications. The current approaches
of I2V routing protocol use vehicle trajectory information to predict destination
vehicle’s future position. However, the performance of trajectory-based routing protocol
remains unsolved. In this work, we develop a novel trajectory-based I2V routing protocol
framework in VANETs, aiming to develop a reliable I2V platform for future protocol
designers and to evaluate the performance of all existing trajectory-based I2V routing
protocols. In this work, we divide I2V routing into two parts: central algorithm part
and distributed strategy part. From this aspect, future protocol designer will be able to
integrate their protocols in our framework easily. We also give the user guide and general
simulation procedures for users who want to use our framework. Simulation result shows
the delivery ratio of all trajectory-based routing protocols are over 80% under various scenarios,
which indicates trajectory-based approach is the solution for I2V routing protocols
in VANETs.
