摘 要
本研究旨在探討新竹市家長選擇公立、非營利幼兒園因素之現況，分析不同背景的家長其選擇之差異，同時，關注公立幼兒園及非營利幼兒園家長的選擇差異。
本研究運用問卷調查法，採分層隨機抽樣選取樣本，共發放600份問卷，回收534份，回收率為89%，有效問卷為453份，有效率為84.8%。回收後進行資料分析，以下為本研究之結論：
一、新竹市家長選擇公立幼兒園因素之現況屬於高度認同，其中以「師資」及「收費制度」層面得分最高，而「便利性」層面得分最低。
二、新竹市家長選擇非營利幼兒園因素之現況屬於高度認同，其中以「收費制度」層面得分最高，而「便利性」層面得分最低。
三、新竹市不同性別及學歷的家長在選擇公立幼兒園因素有顯著差異：
(一)男性在「便利性」層面顯著高於女性。
(二)學士的家長在「環境設備」層面顯著高於高中職(含)以下的家長。
四、新竹市擁有不同子女數的家長在選擇非營利幼兒園因素有顯著差異，擁有3名(含)以上子女的家長在「課程教學」層面高於擁有1名子女的家長。
五、新竹市公立幼兒園及非營利幼兒園家長在便利性層面有顯著差異。
研究者根據結論，針對公立、非營利幼兒園、公立、非營利幼兒園教保服務人員、幼兒園家長及未來相關研究提供建議。

Abstract
This study aims to explore the current factors influencing parents in Hsinchu City when choosing between public kindergartens and non-profit kindergartens. It analyzes the differences among parents with various backgrounds and focuses on the selection differences between parents of public kindergartens and non-profit kindergartens.
This study adopted a questionnaire survey method and used stratified random sampling to select the sample. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed, with 534 returned, resulting in a response rate of 89%. Among these, 453 were valid, yielding an effective response rate of 84.8%. After data collection, analysis was conducted, and the conclusions of this study are as follows:
1.Parents in Hsinchu City highly recognize the factors influencing the choice of public kindergartens. Among these factors, professional teachers and fee structure scored the highest, while convenience scored the lowest.
2.Parents in Hsinchu City highly recognize the factors influencing the choice of non-profit kindergartens. Among these factors, fee structure scored the highest, while convenience scored the lowest.
3.Parents of different genders and educational backgrounds in Hsinchu City show significant differences in the factors influencing their choice of public kindergartens：(1) Males score significantly higher than females in the aspect of convenience; (2) Parents with a bachelor's degree score significantly higher than parents with a high school diploma or below in the aspect of environmental facilities.
4.Parents in Hsinchu City with different numbers of children show significant differences in the factors influencing their choice of non-profit kindergartens. Parents with three or more children score higher in the aspect of curriculum and teaching compared to parents with only one child.
5.Parents of public kindergartens and non-profit kindergartens in Hsinchu City show significant differences in the aspect of convenience.
Based on the conclusions, the researcher provides recommendations for public kindergartens and non-profit kindergartens, educators and caregivers in public kindergartens and non-profit kindergartens, parents of kindergartens, and future related research.
